I was hyper energized all day yesterday. Had a bit of a crash out when it was time to go to bed. Then at about 3am my brain and body were like, “Okay, we've slept enough.” The sleep tracking app said I fell asleep at around 1:15 and I woke up at 3am with the energy level that I usually have at 8am. I knew that this wasn't going to work so I really did try to get back to sleep. I put ASMR Historian, Astrum, and other relaxing science videos and really took the effort to try to get to sleep but ended up flopping around all night. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
