Weight: 303.5 lbs ( 137.7 kg) BMI: 39.0 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Double Cheddar Smoked Sausages, Pork Rinds Dinner: Swedish Meatballs Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, 1.25 L Coke Zero Sober Year 1 (Day 531) Keto Month 3 (Day 94) (144/365 Days 2026 Keto) Great number on the scale this morning. A new record over the last 12 years. Only 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) away from the lowest weight on record. Saying “Only” in that context seems silly writing it out, but so far I'm down 18 lbs (8.2 kg) since the beginning of the year and down 28.7 lbs (13 kg) from this day last year. I'm making some rocking progress on the scale, but I seemed to have lost the tape measure again so I'm not sure how the waistline is doing. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
