Weight: 312.9 lbs ( 141.9 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: X Snack: Cashews Lunch: Bratwursts, Cottage Cheese Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Powerade Sober Year 1 (Day 565) Keto Month 4 (Day 125) (175/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight being up 3.6 lbs (1.67 kg) and waistline being up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) kind of settled me on the idea of trying to do the TMAD diet. I did think about adding that to the title. But I'm still not sure if I'll be sticking to it. And Intermittent Fasting Keto Sobriety Blog seems like a convoluted title.  I baked bratwursts for lunch and had the regular coffee, but I skipped the regular bacon and eggs. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
