Weight: 321.5 lbs ( 145.8 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Snack: Black Eye Peas Breakfast: Members Mark Hot Dogs Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar double cheddar smoked sausages Snack: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbo Hot Dogs Dinner: Christmas at Grandmas Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 380) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time falling asleep last night, but was still able to wake up and get to work on time. Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
