Weight: 323.6 lbs ( 146.8 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Snack: Baked Chicken Drumsticks   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 385) Keto Day 1 (4/365 Days 2026 Keto) Exciting to see three days in a row of down weights. Still not back to the beginning weight of the year (+2.1 lbs <~1 kg>) so the yearly projection is still saying that I'll be 627.3 lbs (284.5 kg) by the end of next year. A point of excitement is that I'm just 8.8 lbs (~4 kg) away from the 314.8 lbs (142.8 kg) That I started this project back in 2014. And if I get under that weight the Full Projection will start showing the weight going down towards my other targets! Roommate got up early because he had his appointment at 9am. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
