Weight: 320.7 lbs ( 145.5 kg) BMI: 41.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 396) Keto Week 1 (Day 12) (15/365 Days 2026 Keto) Late to work this morning. I was awake and moving around. I had finished breakfast and was watching a video interview on YouTube between Laura Spath and Dr Eric Westman. I noticed that it was 10:08 and I had to work 10 to 7. So I went from just sitting here kind of chilling to running out the door calling the store to tell them I'm on my way. I was glad that I was supervisor and wasn't taking over for somebody's lunch or something. First half of the day was pretty active. That wind is cold and blustery. It was sunny, but the wind was holding a grudge. There were some times when it was starting to get busy, but the Customer Service Manager really didn't seem to want me to be on a register....

Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are. But I do agree with the CSM that these really are mostly a waist of time. Especia...
