Weight: 309.0 lbs ( 140.2 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Cashews Lunch: Swedish Meatballs Snack: Cashews Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Year 1 (Day 533) Keto Month 3 (Day 96) (146/365 Days 2026 Keto) Yeah, the weight this morning is higher than it was yesterday, but that's within normal fluctuations. Yesterday's up almost five pounds is ridiculous I don't know what that was about. I worked 10am-8pm today and as I was scheduled to work earlier than I usually do I set some alarms to try to wake up earlier, to no avail as I still got up at the usual 8am. I decided to have bacon and eggs for breakfast as I was kind of rushed to cook before work and I'm more used to cook bacon and eggs. Was supervisor all day. It was surprisingly smooth all day. Particularly for the first Saturday of the month. It was quite busy, but still smooth...

Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
