Weight: 308.4 lbs ( 139.9 kg) BMI: 39.6 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Patties Cheese and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, 1.25 L Dt Pepsi Sober Year 1 (Day 532) Keto Month 3 (Day 95) (145/365 Days 2026 Keto) That weight is really disappointing. Every time I have a new record low it jumps up the next day. So it's up 4.9 lbs for the day, but I'm still down 13.1 lbs from the beginning of the year. And only 0.7 lbs up from the beginning of the Month. Still haven't found the newer tape measure, but the old tape measure was under the bed. I could tell the difference between the old and new because the older one has one of the ends coming off. Finally got the sausage box open for breakfast. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
