Weight: 305.4 lbs ( 138.5 kg) BMI: 39.2 Waist: 53 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs, American Blend Salad, Ranch Dressing and Salsa Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 551) Keto Month 3 (Day 114) (164/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good weight drop for today. Waist is still stagnant though. When I woke up this morning I was excited to pay off the car insurance. That paid up the car insurance for the next six months. And paid the phone bill for the month. So with paying the storage fee yesterday the bills for July are now caught up. It was particularly satisfying paying off the car insurance as it is extremely rare to pay off the car insurance all in one go. It's usually when the Tax Return comes in I pay off the last of the insurance (forgot the term) for that term and then when the bill comes due again I usually find myself having to pay the monthly stipend. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
