Weight: 324.1 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Rib-Eye Steak and Eggs Lunch: Mom's Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 425) Keto Day 1 (39/365 Days 2026 Keto) That was a big steak this morning. It was almost too big for my cast iron skillet. And left the heat up too high when I switched to cook the eggs so accidentally overcooked the eggs. I didn't get the chance to finish the pot of coffee this morning. But did have a bit more than yesterday.  I was going to finally get around to editing one of the videos I had recorded, but when I tried to connect my phone to the computer the computer just didn't want to load the connection to the phone. And when I did get the phone to show up on the explorer the video only played the sound of the video but not the VIDEO of the video so I'm going to have to re-record that video. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
