Weight: 308.6 lbs ( 140.0 kg) BMI: 39.6 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnnsonville Double Cheddar Smoked Sausages Snack: Cashews Dinner: Rib-Eye Drinks: Monster, Sparkling Water,  Sober Year 1 (Day 511) Keto Month 2 (Day 74) (124/365 Days 2026 Keto) Wow, now that's going in the right direction. And it's nice that both the scale and waistline is measuring down. Typically lately when the scale is down the waist is up. Happiness is not a number on the scale/tape measure, but it is nice to have progress again. Not quite progress as I'm still up 1.8 lbs for the month, but down 12.9 lbs for the year. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
