Weight: 308.5 lbs ( 139.9 kg) BMI: 39.6 Waist: 51.5 in ( 130.8 cm) WtHr: 69.6% (nice) Breakfast: Sausage Patties and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 534) Keto Month 3 (Day 97) (147/365 Days 2026 Keto) A bit down for today, annoyed that the weight jumps up but crawls down. It is good that the waist is down. It's been a while since it was that far down. I'm pretty sure that 51 inches is the record. I worked 12 to 9 today so I had some extra time before work. When I woke up Step-Dad was already cooking sausage and eggs for breakfast. And as I was sitting around before work I started on the script for the next Store Story. These weekly scripted videos are going to be a serious grind. Props to the people who are able to get that done. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. The only thing that seems to have changed was that the “Front End Supervisor” is now the “Customer Assistance Leader” and they've came up with another acronym for us to learn. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are.
