Getting up and moving I felt like the way the old videos of astronauts on the moon looked like when they were walking around. And while writing this out I was distracted by the skin on the back of my hands, when I lift up on my fingers there's big chunks of rolling flesh on the back of my hands. And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week

The last slab of bacon was small enough to sit flat in my cast iron skillet so I was afraid that it being effected by “shrinkflation” but that just might have been a smaller thing of bacon as the new slab of bacon seems to be big enough to not completely lay flat in the pan like the bacon before the last package.    Today was kind of a down day. Last night waiting to go home I was just going nuts hungry. Woke up this morning feeling starved. I ate two drumsticks and two thighs for dinner last night, and that was after eating a small serving of Hamburger Sausage Alfredo right as I got home from work.
