A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Was surprised to see that all of the eggs were double yolked. Going to buy a lottery ticket. Trying to think of things to do before I go to work. But really couldn'...

Weight: 361.2 lbs (163.8 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58.5 in (149.6 cm) WtHr: 79.5% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Bar S hot dogs, bag of Cheetos Dinner: baked chicken Drinks: 2 Liters Dr Pepper Cherry zero Sugar, 2x Kroger Sparkling Water, 5 Hour energy shot, 4x 24 oz Milwaukee's Best ICE beer mood: tired      Started of with some bacon and eggs. I still haven't gotten the bacon right, it's always burnt halfway to charcoal or still half raw. Sometimes on the same strip. I'm kind of starting to see the greatness of over easy eggs. But they do seem to be a pain to eat compared to eggs cooked hard. It almost seems necessary to switch back between a fork and a spoon. And I was really clumsy and irritable this morning. The other day I had bumped into a door frame and I now have a heck of a bruise on the back of my left arm. And everything I touch seems to end up on the floor, or seems to knock something else onto the floor.      If I ever get the energy...
