It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. When I play the video on my phone it plays the video, but doesn't want to play on my computer. And I had a hard time getting...

Weight: 341.0 lbs ( 154.7 kg) BMI: 43.8 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Broccoli Soup Dinner: Bone In Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Powerade Zero Orange, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 18) Sober Month 2 (Day 79) Woke up with a bit of a headache. And when I sat up it felt like my head was wobbling, I'm guessing it's allergies. I love spring, but spring does have an effect on my sinuses.  I was excited when I checked my bank account this morning because Roommate's half of the rent that he pays me through PayPal had came through. It is fun that the Rent Check will come in later next week and I'll still have money in my savings accounts.   Weight and Waist are both up to a frustrating level. I get that there are daily fluctuations but being up 4.2 lbs up for the day wipes out the progress for the month. Same with the waist being up 1.5 inches. I'm still down 5.7 lbs and 1 inch for...

Weight: 341.0 lbs ( 154.6 kg) BMI: 43.8 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Italian Wedding Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Week 1 (Day 11) Sober Month 2 (Day 72) Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep last night. Apparently Verizon had an update that scans the phone to for malware. The problem is that it decided to make notifications that it had started the scan. And then sent another notification that the scan was done. And then a notification that it started the virus scan. And then a notification that the virus scan was complete. I was glad that these scans were happening. And I'm glad that the scans came out clean, but I'm not sure that I liked to have these notifications at 2 O'clock in the freaking morning. The weight was a little up today from yesterday. I'm not too worried about that because daily fluctuations happen. It's still among the lowest numbers ...

Weight: 341 lbs ( 154.7 kg) BMI: 43.8 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Jonsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: Queso Soup Drinks: 1/2 Pot of Coffee, 5 Hour Energy Shot, several cans of Mango Seltzer,    Did a weigh in video this morning. And as I mentioned in the video, “Dang these clothes!” The scale has a reflective surface so if I want to maintain my dignity I have to weigh in with a pair of shorts and a T-shirt on. After I did the video I stepped on the scale again without them and I was actually 337.4 lbs (153 kg) bare. I'll still post the weight that I recorded on the video so people don't call me out. But since I was recording a video before work I didn't get a chance to cook breakfast. And all of my skillets are dirty anyway.     Quiet day at work today. It was strange to have two days in a row where everybody showed up. We were still understaffed, and the midday cashier was late. But everybody showed up and the people...
