I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. Keto Week 1 (Day 11)
Sober Month 2 (Day 72)

Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep last night. Apparently Verizon had an update that scans the phone to for malware. The problem is that it decided to make notifications that it had started the scan. And then sent another notification that the scan was done. And then a notification that it started the virus scan. And then a notification that the virus scan was complete. I was glad that these scans were happening. And I'm glad that the scans came out clean, but I'm not sure that I liked to have these notifications at 2 O'clock in the freaking morning.

The weight was a little up today from yesterday. I'm not too worried about that because daily fluctuations happen. It's still among the lowest numbers this year. And the waistline is the lowest it has been so far this year. The watch scan says that today's “Fat Mass” is up 4.7 lbs (2.3 kg) from yesterday. I can't help but think that a lot of that weight is the couple of bowls of gumbo that I had last night.

As I was taxiing Roommate back and forth from his doctor's appointment this morning. I didn't have time to have coffee I did have some bacon and eggs.

Mom did say that Stepdad ordered some shoe inserts for me that I will appreciate when I go over and pick up. I won't have time until Tuesday. I'll do laundry while I'm over at Mom's house. In the past I've used shoe insoles. But I haven't gotten any new ones in a while. And the shoes that I have now I bought back in January and I've been just wearing them with the base, heh, base in them.

People were frustratingly stupid this morning. Made some additions to the store story To Do List. But this really isn't the “Mark Whines About Work Blog” Despite what I've been talking about for the last couple of days.

I was distracted from writing on this by the To Do List as I started reading the stories that I have and I want to make videos of. Well, whenever Roommate gets back to work. If he gets back to work. He did mention something about getting long term disability. That would lead so some serious questions about some serious stuff.

I really should have cleaned up after dinner last night. Today was trash day so my dumpster was out at the curb, but I should have taken that shrimp container out. As the house was pretty stanky when I got home for lunch. Roommate didn't say anything about it while I was home. But I had to breathe slowly while I was at lunch. I'll have to check, but I'm pretty sure that I had the last serving of Italian Wedding Soup. If true that'll finish off another one of the soups that makes quite a lot. Freezer is still quite full. 

The Shirts and Oven Gloves that I ordered on Amazon have updated to say that they'll deliver on Saturday. Which is fun because they originally said that they'll be here on Sunday. I think that's the first time that the delivery date was updated to say an EARLIER date. The printer still hasn't shipped yet, which is a bit annoying. I hope it is still going to get here Sunday as I'll be off Monday and it'll be fun to have the whole day to play with that.

Proud of myself that I was able to avoid spending a lot of money today. I did have a couple of bottles of Powerade during the day as I took a couple of breaks over the day. But that's all I spent today. And as today was payday I sent all but $100 into the savings accounts. Well actually I kept $90 in the checking account because I messed up the math a bit. But that's my plan. I don't want to have much more than $100 per week in my checking account because I want to get my spending under control.

 I did have a hiccup this afternoon because I noticed that the beer that I was drinking WAY too much of was back on sale 10 for $10. And I was back to thinking, "Oh, you could have a couple. It's just a few. It's not like you'll ruin everything by having a few cans." But I had to convince myself that I'd be back where I started if I fell off. Right Now I'm 72 days sober, I have 3 savings accounts that each have over $100. I'm down 11.4 lbs (5.2 kg) since I got back onto this (5.7 lbs <2.6 kg> for the year so far). And I'm mentally 1,000% mentally better than I was back in December. I don't want to go back because it happens to be on sale this week. 


I did stare at it for a bit though.
