Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon. Yeah, I was annoyed a bit because as it's so early in the month it throws off the stats for the month. But I'm thinking that as I had mixed nuts for lunch yesterday I'm retaining a lot of water because of all of the salt in those nuts. And also I tend to weigh more the day after I have those jalapeno cheddar sausages. I don't expect the higher weight will last very long. I didn't print anything today as I've already printed all of the parts that I have already scaled to my size. It'll be a bit before I've re-scaled more pieces. It's back above the average of the month and the long list. It's still under the average for the year and the last two months. It's great to be down 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg) for the year, but kinda sucks to be up 5.2 lbs (2.4 kg) for the week. And yeah, fluctuations happen, but it would be nice to be fluctuating in the other direction. Steak and eggs for breakfast was great for a while, but that's really getting expensive. That is 4.5 lbs (2 kg) down for the month. I'm sure a good chunk of that is just water weight. But losing water weight is still getting weight off of my feet. Roommate was a little irritated at me this morning. I'm running low on bacon so I decided to have a strip steak and eggs for breakfast this morning. I have to say that eggs fried in bacon and steak drippings is a good combination. Last time I was under 340 was before the pandemic. And the pandemic would be an easy excuse for weight gain; quite a few people had seen changes in their lives that would cause them to gain weight. But to be honestly not much of my life had changed in the pandemic. Stress levels gained substantially and that does cause weight gain, but so does not eating correctly. Bacon and eggs again for breakfast, but pan was too hot and poured off too much of the bacon grease before I cooked the eggs so I accidentally made scrambled eggs. The annoying kind of scrambled eggs that just kind of move out of the way as the fork comes by to try to pick them up. Got a bit too much Tabasco on them as well.
