Weight: 314.8 lbs ( 142.8 kg) BMI: 40.4 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Johnsonville Irish O'Garlic Bratwursts Dinner: Corned Beef Lentil Stew Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Red Bull, Sober Year 1 (Day 454) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) (61/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was a little emotional when I saw the weight on the scale this morning. 314.8 lbs (142.8 kg) is the weight I was when I started tracking my weight back in 2014. So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. Weight: 352.6 lbs ( 159.9 kg) BMI: 45.3 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake Lunch: Bacon and Eggs Dinner: Baked Flounder Fillets with Mac and Cheese Drinks: Coffee with Cream, Kroger Seltzer, 2L Fresca Sober Week 3 (Day 22) YMCA: X I got one of the recipes recorded before Roommate woke up. It is an AI inspired recipe Called Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake. It was an easy thing to cook and it came out pretty well. Cutting up the onions did make my eyes burn for a while though. It took all day to edit the video. I just kept falling asleep here at the desk. I hope that isn't a indication on how people are going to react to the video. Took the dog out for a drive this afternoon while Roommate was with his nurse. It was unnerving that my tires gave a “Low Pressure” warning. I was getting that warning for the last couple of days.
