Sure it might have been Keto (well, I'll have to look at the canned soup and packet of soup mix to make sure) but that was a couple pounds of meat that I ate last night that's now probably sitting in my gut. Writing that out it kind of looks like I said, “Oh no, I ate and now I weigh more, I need to stop eating!” But that's not really what I'm saying. The main frustration that I'm feeling about eating that entire roast last night is that it was what I was planning to have for lunch today. No headache, jut stiff muscles and limbs. Not sure what that was about, possibly too much water yesterday? It was only a little less than a half gallon and men are supposed to be drinking a gallon per day. But one half of a gallon is a lot more than I usually drink. So might be body getting used to the extra water It might also be Keto Flu. I do know that I woke up several times last night to pee and had to pee all morning. So maybe the weight gain lately is water weight    Put so much thought into the monthly update Vlog that I can't really think of anything to say for the daily blog. So this might be fairly short. Bed was nice, warm, and cozy. The heater in my house is working just fine, but it was warmer in the bed. Did get up with enough time to eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee, but didn't get much else done.      Had a strange dream as I was waking up. I had dreamed that my mother had bought the local Village Inn, but had named all of the meals after my younger sister. She had named the meals after my sister because she was her business partner. My sister is a very business oriented person and it'd make sense that they'd work together on that. And my mom did used to own a restaurant that sadly went under. So there was hope that working together they'd see success, but I remember in the dream I was trying

Not surprising considering yesterday's indulgence, but was kind of surprising was the fire in the feet and the stiff calf muscles. Kind of brought to mind what a coworker had told me when I was buying that Bud Light Next, he said that alcohol in itself is kind of a carb and it breaks down into sugar so a “Carb Free” alcohol is kind of impossible. This might need more research. I do know that Doc Berry is very instant that alcohol is just a poison and nobody needs to be drinking it, no matter what diet they're trying to do. It didn't hurt all that bad, it's just kind of an annoyance. Might need to uptake my salt intake. I'm really surprised that I still made progress this morning. Dinner last night was about a half a rack of St Louis ribs. So I was expecting to weigh in this morning with a half a rack of ribs sitting in my gut. But I guess that didn't matter. Wasn't able to finish the later half of the ribs this morning. The microwave turned the leftovers into leather. :( I can eat an entire rack of ribs in a single day, so I don't think I'll be wasting the other racks of ribs that I bought on the sale. I'll just have to eat those on my days off. But they're going to sit in my freezer in the meantime.      Pants

There was almost like a residual ache. Normally, when waking up, the balls of the feet are like knives, and legs are like stilts. But not today! That's a great way to start the day! And normally, when I say those words, it's with heavy sarcasm. But no sarcasm today (not yet anyway)      It was snowing when I woke up this morning. And with the way my feet were feeling I was kind of wanting to walk to work. (I love walking when it's snowing) But by the time I got breakfast, showered, and other excuses I just didn't have the time. It's probably for the best. But I just couldn't get moving today. It was a different kind of not wanting to move than I've had before. Before the lack of wanting to move was more of a dread of what lies ahead of me when I do get moving. (should probably look into getting help with that kind of feeling) But today was more of a Newtonian momentum kind of thing. “A body at rest will stay at rest” And I was “well rested” this morning. I woke up, er gained consciousness, at about 8 am. Can't really say that I “woke up” when I was just laying there like that. All week long I had to keep reminding myself what day of the week it was. The drama with Avast and my bank really threw off the stuff I wanted to do this w
