It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. When I play the video on my phone it plays the video, but doesn't want to play on my computer. And I had a hard time getting...

When I got the pork butt cut into steaks yesterday there were a couple of them that I think were the very edge of the full thing of meat so they didn't come out as very big steaks. I was going to have them with some eggs this morning. But they were a bit bigger in the pan than I was expecting them to be. So when I cooked them both it really was like eating two whole pork steaks. I was able to eat them all, but I didn't think that I'd be willing to eat eggs with them.

Roommate did say that his disability payment is going to be delayed because he didn't meet the deadline last week, however the payment should only be delayed by a week or so and he'll have his half of the rent next week. Which is good for me because that's when I was budgeting the rent check to come in anyway. The way that check clears it may come through the week after next week, but I don't want to get cocky.

I was about to work on editing the recipe video that I'm planning on releasing next week. But that's when Roommate said that he had to borrow my car so he could go to Wichita for a CT scan on his leg. I'm a bit nervous about how comfortable he's getting at just taking my car. It's not “the” car, it's not “our” car. It is MY car. He did talk all day about buying a convertible when he gets his job. So at least I know he's not just planning on snagging my car and just “give me a ride” whenever I need him to pick me up. He did put some gas in it. And he did run it through the car wash as the rain we had last night was really quite dirty. He said that he has appointments tomorrow and Friday at 11am, but he made it clear that he would just take the bus home so I could take him to the hospital before I go to work. And I'll get to keep my car for myself.

As I was stuck at the store for lunch I picked up some Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages. And some mixed nuts. But at least I didn't buy any fried chicken. It was tempting though.

Not much happened to me while at work. I saw some headlines about President Trump announcing his plans on Tariffs. I didn't get to watch any of it as I was at work. I started writing down an opinion of what I think is going to happen if what I hear is going to happen happens. That's going to be it's own post because that would make this post WAY too long. And really off topic of what I want these posts to be.

For dinner I was going to bake some Pacific Cod that I had bought last week. But it had been sitting in the fridge for what was probably a bit to long and it was starting to smell. I've seen online that smelling things isn't a 100% accurate test on if something has gone bad. But I'm betting that it wasn't a great idea to test that theory. I did have the stuff to make Keto Hamburger Helper. Which is a quite easy thing to mix up. Easy to mix up, but it took longer than expected. I think I had the cheese sauce on too low because it took a long time for the cheese to melt.
