Just Kind of Tired Daily Blog 12-28-20

Waist: Can't find my measuring tape Weight: 362.4 (164.4kg) BMI: 45.3 Breakfast: Smoked Sausages Lunch: Ham and Beans Dinner: Chili Snack: Deli Chicken Tenders, Sugar Free Rockstar energy   I'm a bit frustrated that I couldn't find my tape measure to get a measurement of my waist. But I doubt it changed much just yet. I didn't post yesterday. I woke up late and just didn't feel good all day. I don't know if it was Keto flu, Seasonal Affective Disorder, or what but I was sitting around with absolutely no GO. Still kind of struggling to find the energy to write this out. Picked up some Bar S Smoked Polish Sausages from Walmart the other day. I have to say, those things were nasty. The Kroger version is a lot better. Had some ham and beans and chili that I had left over from Christmas at my Aunt's house. I was going to make a meal plan for the week, but the last couple of days I haven't really had the energy to do much other than sit here at

Lots of Reasons to Get Back Into It Daily Blog 12-26-20

Waist: 57 in (145cm) Weight: 359.2 lbs (162.9 kg) BMI: 46.1 Breakfast: 6 slices bacon, 3 fried eggs Lunch: Deli Fried chicken, deli mac and cheese, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: 5 pk Johnsonville Bratwursts Thinking about starting this back up. Last week I drank a bit more than I should have and accidentally broke my glasses (it was just the string that held the lens in optometrist office fixed it for free) but the night before I went to the eye doctor I was tearing my apartment apart looking for my insurance card. (The card that was in my wallet said that it was issued in 2016.) Roommate calmed me down enough to see if I could go to the insurance website and see if I could print off a new insurance card. And that's when I realized that the insurance website had the same logo of the app that I had downloaded last year. -_- oops. But when I updated the app it allowed me to link my other weight loss apps to the insurance app. This seems to be a good excuse to

Waist: 57 in Weight: 355.6 Breakfast: Slept in Lunch Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Hot Dog links, Hormel no Bean Chili Dinner: Spaghetti slept in a lot later than I wanted to this morning so I didn't get a chance to get breakfast and I had plans for getting my Grandma's Christmas lights up. So I ran to the store real quick and picked up a pack of jalapeno cheddar hot dogs and a can of chili. I cut the hot dogs up into the chili and heated it up to eat. I call this Keto Chili Dogs. Every year putting up Grandma's lights takes all day and I'm always surprised about how late it is when I'm done (not complaining, just tired when I'm done) and since I was too tired to plan out dinner I just used up the last of the spaghetti that I had in my cabinet. Not even kind of keto, but I am too tired to try anything else.

Getting Back Into It Daily Keto Blog 11-16-20

Waist: 57in (144.8 cm) Weight: 358.4 lbs (162.6 kg) Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Bottom Roast Steaks Dinner Beef and Broccoli I didn't have any eggs for breakfast, and I think my bacon had started going south on me. For Lunch I tried to fry up some bottom roast steaks. They were buy one get one free when I bought them. However the steaks were a lot like eating flip flop sandals. Flavor was fine. Ate them with some Sriracha Ranch Dressing. But mouthfeel was just horrible. They were just missing some toe straps for dinner I had some Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli that I made several weeks ago for my YouTube video series. And again I'm not sure if this was a good idea. The meat really didn't turn out right. I used flat iron steak for the meat and it went all stringy on me. And the Coconut Aminos really overpowers any other flavor. I've been trying to do the Keto Diet for quite some time. I just keep falling off of it. And every “reason” that I come up with

Weight: 356.8 (161.8 kg) Waist: 56.5 (143.5 cm) Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, Loaded Coffee Lunch: Chili with cheese, Sugar free Rockstar energy Dinner: Baked “Cheddar” Bratwursts Michelob Ultra Infusions Lime and Prickly Pear   Loaded coffee is Coffee with cream, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, fiber supplement and this Torani sugar free seasoning that I picked up from the store. This time around I picked up the caramel flavor, there are other flavors. I think I'll pick up vanilla next. Carmel isn't bad, but this bottle of flavoring lasts for a really long time. I have thought about picking up a Keurig. The coffee pot that I currently have is a 12 cup pot and I live by myself, so whenever I get in the mood to drink some coffee I'm driven to drink the whole pot of coffee, somehow I don't think that's a good idea. I think that's still better than drinking soda, which I'm still trying to quit. I did feel better today that I have in a while. I'm not

At least I woke up in a good mood. 10-1-20

Weight: oops, forgot to weigh in before breakfast (Not sure what that is in metric) Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) Breakfast: Rib-eye Lunch: x Dinner: Nachos I love when the first day of the month is on a Thursday. I get paid on Thursdays and I like paying all of my monthly bills on the first of the month. So I have all my bills paid for the month, money in my checking, money in both of my savings, and a fridge full of food. Weather switched back to cool fall weather. Life is pretty damn good for me. Or at least it was before I went to work. I thought that we were done with the “Here Catch Training Strategy” at work. It had been a long time since they just threw something at us with a “Don't worry you'll figure it out” kind of attitude. They were getting good at training us for things, as well as doing follow up training every couple of years. But today someone, somewhere decided that the first of the month was the best day to install a new register system. I would lik

Annoyed at the Internet 9-30-20

Weight: 353.8 Waist: 57.5 Breakfast: Egg Sausage Scramble Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili, diet Pepsi Dinner: KC Strip Steak Just finished writing this out and the internet decided to eat it. I'll stay up for a bit to see if the internet decides to come back on. But I might just have to wait until I get up in the morning That was quite a weight drop today compared to yesterday. Almost 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) in a single day is...wow. I don't think this will be a trend. But I have to say my knees are feeling better today than they have been in the last couple of weeks. Feet are still cranky, it would seem that my knees hurt when I'm around 360 lbs (163.3 kg) and my feet stop hurting when I'm under 330 lbs (149.7 kg). That's still more than double my “Ideal Weight” 169 lbs (76.7 kg) Had something that I call “Egg Stuff” For breakfast. “Egg Stuff” is a pound of sausage, 6 eggs (scrambled), a can of Rotel, and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar. This just did no

Weight: 362.2 lbs (164.3 kg) Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) Breakfast: Bacon, coffee Lunch was too busy to eat lunch Snack: Gas Station Cheddarwurst, 20oz mt dew Dinner Cheesy Chicken Chili Didn't want to put much effort into dinner last night so I just picked up a box of hamburger helper. Beef Pasta with a couple of cups of cheese mixed in used to be my favorite flavor. But last night it tasted like a bowl full of flour with some cheese to hold it together. The cheese didn't eve taste good. It just tasted like spoon fulls of gooey flour. Not sure if I was just getting used to home cooked food, or there was something wrong with that particular box of hamburger helper Had bacon and coffee for breakfast. Found out while I was drinking coffee that it was national coffee day. Thought that was kind of funny because I didn't plan it. And this was the first day in a while that I had coffee. Still trying to quit soda. 2 liters were on sale for 4 for 99 cents so I had to pic

I didn't have much to say today 9-28-20

Weight: 359 (162.8 kg) Waist: 58 (147.3 cm) Breakfast Pepperoni with cheese Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Snack: Hot Dogs Dinner: Beef Pasta Hamburger Helper with some cheese I hadn't gotten dishes done in a while so I couldn't cook bacon or eggs. Had some pepperoni left over from when I made Deconstructed Pizza casserole a few weeks ago. I added some cheese to it and thought about heating it up to melt it all together. But 2 minutes in the microwave just turned the cheese into something like a hard plastic. I did manage to take inventory of my freezer, but all of my food is frozen. I did get a meal plan together for the week. And I do have a few recipes planned for future videos. But since all of my food is frozen and all of my dishes were dirty before I went to work I went in early and had some fried chicken for Lunch. As I was getting off I didn't feel like doing too much thinking in my dinner. So I just picked up a box of Hamburger Helper

Still Trying to Think of a Title 9-27-20

Weight: 360.0 (163.3 kg) Waist: 57 in (144.8cm) Breakfast: Rib eye Lunch: Deli Fried Chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar Energy Dinner: 5x Bratwurst There have been really good sales on meat over the last couple of weeks. That's the only reason that I was able to have a high end steak for breakfast. I thought about having eggs to go with. But I'm getting a bit tired of eggs. I didn't plan out lunch or dinner so I had fried chicken from the deli for lunch (not exactly Keto, but I'll roll with it) and picked up some bratwursts for dinner. (better for Keto, but not great for variety if I don't get a meal plan together) My knee is reminding me about that diet that I wanted to be on. It hurts when I have to squat down and feels tight when I stand back up. People have asked me if I'm okay when I stand up. I get the feeling that is because I am breathing heavy when I stand up from a squat. but the reason I am breathing heavy is because my massive gut is pressing a

A body at rest 9-26-20

Weight: 362.2 lbs Waist: 58 in Breakfast: leftover chili mac Lunch: Deli Baked chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: kind of had nacho's without chips Snack: Fritos corn chips   Finished off the last of the soda that I had leftover. Hoping that I don't buy anymore. Didn't pick up any beer after work so that is a start. Did pick up a couple of 2 litters of diet soda with groceries tonight. Little disappointed with that. I finished the chili that cooked the other night and for dinner tonight I tried to make some sort of Mexican dinner mix. Ground a pound of hamburger, added a pack of taco seasoning and a small container of the Velveeta brick cheese. It ended up making something a lot like what I call Nachos. My nachos really is the same with a large brick of Velveeta. I'm always up to eat a bowl of cheese, but it really wasn't what I was going for. Something was really off with me this morning and early afternoon before work. I went to bed around m

Weight: 362.0 lbs (164.2 kg) waist: 57.5 in (146 cm)   Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Chili, sugar free Rockstar energy  Dinner: Chili Mac    After I posted the Blog last night my Mom texted me to ask if I was alright. I would tell her not to worry, but that that's kind of her job. She recommended a YouTube channel known as FlyLady to me to help with my lack of organizational skills. Ironically I haven't had time to check out her channel yet I was able to wake up early enough to cook breakfast. Bacon and eggs are good for Keto, but I'm not sure if I'll want to have this every single day. Cooked a large pot of chili yesterday so had leftovers. This is basically my weight loss plan, financial plan, time saving plans coming together. So many things work out when I plan out my meals and since I live by myself (mostly, my roommate is a trucker) I cook a large casserole or a large pot of soup and separate it into individual servings. Had chili for lunch. And had Ch

Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: was going to have pork chops, but they went bad on me Dinner: Chili Snack: Chicken Tenders, Sugar free Rockstar Energy I've also drank a lot of soda today. I didn't keep track. I've been wanting to quit drinking soda. But I've been falling for the sales recently. I think I'm going to start leaving my debit card at home when I go to work. For someone who wants to be a Blogger/Vlogger I don't seem to put much effort into my desired profession. I don't know what has gotten a hold of me lately I just can't seem to get moving on anything. It is probably depression. I was meaning to visit a doctor earlier this year. Not exactly for depression itself. More because the last time I've even had a checkup was back when I was in middle school when I was joining the track team. But then the GREAT PESTILENCE decided to hit. So yeah, sorry. I keep saying that I want to do the Keto diet, and I do follow it for a b
