Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: X Lunch: Queso Soup Dinner: Instant Pot Ribs Drinks: Pot of coffee, 12 pk Truly Hard Seltzer      Took my roommate back to the truck stop for him to go back out on the road. On the way back into town I was really craving Nachos so I swung by the store to grab a smaller chunk of Velveeta cheese to make Queso Soup. What I call Queso soup is a small container of Velveeta “cheese” with a pound of ground beef a can of the store brand version of Rotel tomatoes and a packet of taco seasoning. The roommate had left town a bit late in the morning and by the time the “soup” was cooked it was after noon so I just called that Lunch.      I was off today so I spent most of the day working on a script for a video that I want to release this Friday. Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of Coffee, 2700ml water      I was a bit impatient when frying the eggs this morning so I ended up scrambling them. I threw a few slices of cheese in with them so, sure cheesy scrambled eggs with bacon. I'm sure that Chef Ramsay would have gone into seizures if he would have seen what I called “scrambled eggs”      I did manage to get the dishes done. There is a satisfying feeling looking at a cleaned room, I need to get around to cleaning more of my house. I did laundry last week and unlike the last couple of times I did laundry I put my clothes away. It seems like a simple thing, but it really does make a difference when waking up looking at a room full of clean clothes in baskets waiting to be put away and the dirty clothes everywhere vs clothes put away and the few days of clothes in the basket.      For lu

As I was not following the diet at all it wasn't a very good weigh in this week. I've been kind of a rebellious streak lately and my legs and wallet have been feeling it. I did get the video done in time to cook and eat breakfast but didn't have time to upload it before work.      On lunch break I ran home to upload it, it was kind of funny to run by a fast food place to grab a burger on the way to upload a weigh in video. But nearly $12 for one meal was just unwise.      Can't really think of anything to say today. Most of today was just kind of spent waiting for it to end. Weight: 336.6 lbs Mood: Disappointed Breakfast: Vega Shake with 1 cup of milk Lunch: Baked Chicken (Breast, Wing, Thigh, Leg) Dinner: 5 pack of Cheddar Brats Snack: 2xBacon Cheddar Beef Burger Patties with cheese Notes: I had work the opening shift at work today so I didn't really get a chance to make a full fruit smoothie, but luckily I still had some Vega meal shake left over so that's what I had for breakfast. Can't really say that I have been hungry for breakfast, or at all really. I just had breakfast because I didn't want to risk getting “Hangry” at someone and snapping at the wrong person at the wrong time. And it turns out that the store was getting the annual audit this morning. And I can tell you I was very self aware that I had slept in too late to have a proper shower and the fact that I hadn't had a chance to get laundry done in a while. But I guess the audit went alright, in fact I seemed to really impress the distr
