Sitting at the computer I can't even keep my eyes open, but when I go to bed my brain is doing jumping jacks and back flips. Waking up this morning I think I figured out why they call that breed of dog a “shit zu” Mom's little dog Shelby was just yapping her little head off. I hadn't fallen asleep until 2:30, but there goes Shelby yapping around at around 7:45.  Good loss on the scale. I doubt that she remembered that exact coupon but she remembered that I used coupons and that none of the coupons that I used had any errors. I did get to bed on time, more or less, and it didn't take me long to fall asleep. But the sleep record said I didn't fall asleep until almost 2 in the morning. I have a guess as to what might make the phone think that I was awake for so long. I'm thinking that it might be because I had set the phone to play some space documentaries to listen to while I drifted off. And I think that the phone saw that I was "watching YouTube videos" instead of being asleep. Clearly the phone was playing videos, and if the phone is playing a video I have to be watching it, right? Daily Food Blog 8/14/18

It is slightly frustrating, I keep telling myself not to worry about the day to day fluctuations, but I get so close to making progress for the year, and then never mind. I am starting to make progress on my waist line, so I'll add that to the top stats I'm not sure why I wasn't including that anyway. I did manage to get one the recipe videos recorded like I wanted to. The recipe that I uploaded yesterday was recorded a couple of months ago. I want to be recording a video a week and uploading once a month. That way I have a long back log of videos ready to be uploaded.
