Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. Weight: 328.4 lbs ( 148.9 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili Dinner: KC Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 8 (Day 261) Keto Week 2 (Day 16) The scale was giving me a lot of different numbers again today, but then I noticed that I wasn't standing on the very middle when I corrected the way I stood on it the scale started giving me a constant number. Which was a really good number. The waist is also gone down a bit as well. I had noticed that the gut seemed to be a big “saggier” (a bit amazed that saggier is an actual word) Had some moments when the lower part of my gut had gotten uncomfortable against my belt. But only when I sit down too long. I did the steak and eggs again today as the steaks that I bought the other day was a three pack so I'll finish that off tomorrow...maybe, the steak I had this morning did have a bit of a smell to it so...

Sleep just didn't happen. Sleep app says I didn't fall asleep until 3:45 am. I was kind of concerned about finances. Roommate said the other day that he was going to get paid yesterday, but had yet to send me his half of the rent and the app that shows the schedule for the week wasn't showing a schedule for next week. I had put in a day of vacation back in June for Grandma's Birthday, but they messed up the schedule for that week so I had put it in for next Saturday and it was showing time off approved for the Saturday, but nothing else for the week. I was afraid that they had somehow messed up the schedule again and only had me scheduled for one vacation day and off fo...

I tried to make the eggs over easy again, but as soon as my spatula touched the eggs to turn them they just scrambled. I usually cook the eggs in a cast iron skillet. But that was dirty from yesterday so I was cooking in a different skillet, it's not a Teflon pan, it has some sort of light brown covering across the cooking surface. April 23, 2021 Getting Back into It

This is a source of frustration for me. There are so many things that I want to do, have to do, need to do, but I just fall back into a vegetative like state where I'm either staring zombie style at my computer while YouTube plays or lumbering around the store at work. And I'm getting back into the frustrated mood where I feel like I'm waking up to go to work and then going back to bed to wake up to go back to work. And working at a grocery store is frustrating because it's impossible to tell yesterday from last week from six months ago from six years ago. Annoyed at the Internet 9-30-20

Weight: 353.8 Waist: 57.5 Breakfast: Egg Sausage Scramble Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili, diet Pepsi Dinner: KC Strip Steak Just finished writing this out and the internet decided to eat it. I'll stay up for a bit to see if the internet decides to come back on. But I might just have to wait until I get up in the morning That was quite a weight drop today compared to yesterday. Almost 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) in a single day is...wow. I don't think this will be a trend. But I have to say my knees are feeling better today than they have been in the last couple of weeks. Feet are still cranky, it would seem that my knees hurt when I'm around 360 lbs (163.3 kg) and my feet stop hurting when I'm under 330 lbs (149.7 kg). That's still more than double my “Ideal Weight” 169 lbs (76.7 kg) Had something that I call “Egg Stuff” For breakfast. “Egg Stuff” is a pound of sausage, 6 eggs (scrambled), a can of Rotel, and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar.
