Resetting back to a couple of days ago. So back to making progress for the month. Feet really hurt this morning. They stopped hurting as I got up and moving around. As I was leaving for work (dressed, so I know it wasn't a dream) I noticed that the windows were down a bit. I hurriedly thought if it had rained last night. I don't think that it did. I'm sure that I had just left them down a bit because of the great weather we've been having the last couple of days. On the way to work I am starting to wonder if the sensor on the traffic light is working or not. I was sitting at the light for quite a while and it only turned green when a car came from the other way. ...

Yeah, I was annoyed a bit because as it's so early in the month it throws off the stats for the month. But I'm thinking that as I had mixed nuts for lunch yesterday I'm retaining a lot of water because of all of the salt in those nuts. And also I tend to weigh more the day after I have those jalapeno cheddar sausages. I don't expect the higher weight will last very long. I didn't print anything today as I've already printed all of the parts that I have already scaled to my size. It'll be a bit before I've re-scaled more pieces. As I am quite out of practice scaling parts. And I can't seem to find time or energy to work on them. ...

I was conscious at 7am. But there is a big difference between awake and conscious. I didn't get up and around until closer to 9am. And by the time I got up, showered, and had breakfast there just wasn't enough time to go over there for a reasonable workout. I poked a bit at the 3d Printing software on my computer. It still isn't sending the file to the printer to so I can print off. A warning about the firewall did come up, but it went away before I could figure out much about it. Maybe that is the issue. I'm going to hold on to the shortening for now. I'm not sure how long it'll “stay good for” but if it shows signs of “growth” or anything I'll go ahead and pitch it. Not feeling bad, or “down” just really, really tired. I'm blaming the weather. It was pretty dark and gloomy today. Heck if it were about 50 degrees (10 C) warmer it would be my favorite kind of weather. But this weather where even just going outside hurts just sucks. I was feeling Okay before lunch, but when I came home and sat down, I sat all of the way down. I really just wanted to go to bed. Again happiness is not a number on the scale, but I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't have been in quite the mood that I was in yesterday morning if I had the numbers I had today. Not sure if it's the lighting in the Men's restroom at work but the last couple of days when I get to work I still have to pee a lot. And the pee looks quite dark in the urinal. Dark pee is a sign of dehydration. But, as usual, I had just finished off a pot of coffee. I think that I've heard that coffee dehydrates you. It was like I just ran a marathon, but only in my calves. As I got up and moving they loosened up. I noticed that I haven't had salted coffee over the last week or so. So maybe the lack of salt is making my muscles sore? Maybe the cause of the headache over the last day or two? I made sure to put salt in the coffee this morning and I took my supplements (Fish Oil, Magnesium, Potassium, K2+D3, Vitamin D3) The rent check finally came through today.
