I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. I'm going to hold on to the shortening for now. I'm not sure how long it'll “stay good for” but if it shows signs of “growth” or anything I'll go ahead and pitch it. Not feeling bad, or “down” just really, really tired. I'm blaming the weather. It was pretty dark and gloomy today. Heck if it were about 50 degrees (10 C) warmer it would be my favorite kind of weather. But this weather where even just going outside hurts just sucks. I was feeling Okay before lunch, but when I came home and sat down, I sat all of the way down. I really just wanted to go to bed. Again happiness is not a number on the scale, but I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't have been in quite the mood that I was in yesterday morning if I had the numbers I had today. Not sure if it's the lighting in the Men's restroom at work but the last couple of days when I get to work I still have to pee a lot. And the pee looks quite dark in the urinal. Dark pee is a sign of dehydration. But, as usual, I had just finished off a pot of coffee. I think that I've heard that coffee dehydrates you. It was like I just ran a marathon, but only in my calves. As I got up and moving they loosened up. I noticed that I haven't had salted coffee over the last week or so. So maybe the lack of salt is making my muscles sore? Maybe the cause of the headache over the last day or two? I made sure to put salt in the coffee this morning and I took my supplements (Fish Oil, Magnesium, Potassium, K2+D3, Vitamin D3) The rent check finally came through today.
