Kind of processing the 12 years it has been since the last time I started the body weight number with a “2” Trying to shut down the idea that all of that time was just wasted. Not going to expand on that thought as that thought gets pretty dark. A couple of days ago Step-Dad asked me why I was so hesitant to try a GLP-1 treatment. I'm just hesitant to try things that intentionally mess up the bodies hormones. I do seem to be making progress just with the Ketovore diet. And I don't see a reason, right now, to try to do extra shortcuts on something that I'm already making progress on. If I did the treatments would I make even more progress? More...

I'm sitting here at my computer just kind of drifting off. It will always be Christmas in our hearts, but it's February on the calendar and my Grandma was wanting me to take down her Nativity Scene. I normally would have taken it down a lot earlier, but every time I had a day off we've been having snow storms. There were some days that it was really nice outside, but then I had to work. She told me that I didn't have to bother with taking down her lights today and I could come out and take those down some other day. But I don't like leaving things half done.
