Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Weight: 361.2 lbs (163.8 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58.5 in (149.6 cm) WtHr: 79.5% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Bar S hot dogs, bag of Cheetos Dinner: baked chicken Drinks: 2 Liters Dr Pepper Cherry zero Sugar, 2x Kroger Sparkling Water, 5 Hour energy shot, 4x 24 oz Milwaukee's Best ICE beer mood: tired      Started of with some bacon and eggs. I still haven't gotten the bacon right, it's always burnt halfway to charcoal or still half raw. Sometimes on the same strip. I'm kind of starting to see the greatness of over easy eggs. But they do seem to be a pain to eat compared to eggs cooked hard. It almost seems necessary to switch back between a fork and a spoon. And I was really clumsy and irritable this morning. The other day I had bumped into a door frame and I now have a heck of a bruise on the back of my left arm. And everything I touch seems to end up on the floor, or seems to knock something else onto the floor.      If I ever get the energy...

And daily fluctuations in weight is a normal thing. I didn't have the most Keto friendly breakfast this morning. But I have a couple of boxes of Hamburger Helper in my cabinet that I need to get through.      Was not very productive before work today. I normally work 11-8, but today I was scheduled to work 2-10. I spent the day thinking of all of the stuff I was going to do before work.
