Weight: 320.0 lbs ( 145.1 kg) BMI: 41.1 Waist: 53.5 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Snack: Savage Slim Jim Dinner: Bottom Round Roast Mushroom Onion Gravy Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 397) Keto Week 1 (Day 13) (16/365 Days 2026 Keto) Was woken up at 4 in the morning to Roommate screaming in the bathroom again. Really reinforcing my savings plan. But was able to go back to sleep until the proper 8am. I was able to have breakfast. And was excited to see the “down” on the scale. The back of my hands felt like sandpaper this morning. I put some of the lotions that Mom gave me a couple of months ago. For a while I was doing a bit of an experiment with them doing the “Healing Lotion” on my right hand and the “Moisturizing Lotion” on my left hand. But clumsiness and cross-contamination made that impossible. So today I just put both of the lotions on both of my hands. I like how t...

Weight: 321.8 lbs ( 145.9 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 390) Keto Day 6 (9/365 Days 2026 Keto) I noticed that when I woke up this morning my legs weren't stiff and sore like they have been in the past. There have been days in the past when I woke up I would have to wobble around like I was walking on fiery stilts until my legs loosened up. This morning I wasn't exactly dancing around, I was able to get up and get going quite easily and there wasn't any pain. I'm sure that I'll be limping by the end of the evening. It was nice to get up and not have to sit back down with a painful gasp. It was exciting to see the down on the scale again and seeing that it's only 0.3 lbs (~5oz <136 g>) from the weight at the beginning of the year. If it gets down below the beginning of the year al...

Weight: ? lbs ( ? kg) BMI: ? Waist: 53 in (134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Tater Tot Casserole Dinner: Ham Steak, Jalapeno Poppers Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 11 (Day 348) The scale and the HVAC filters did come in this morning but it was after breakfast and the pot of coffee so I didn't bother weighing in. And the filter isn't due to be changed until the end of the year, but it's good to have those in on time. I bought a four pack so the entire year's filters are bought and paid for, for the next year. Brain was kind of autopilot today. I was scheduled Noon to 9pm this afternoon/evening. I covered the Self Checkout for an hour, then I was a carryout for an hour, I was supposed to be Supervisor for three hours, but the guy running the online pickup had me cover his lunch break for an hour. I was kind of concerned because there was a compilation of orders that...

Weight: 330.4 lbs ( 149.9 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 53 in (135.9 cm)  WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs  Snack: Vienna Sausages Lunch: AI Chili   Snack: Pork Rinds  Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 263) Keto Week 2 (Day 18) Disappointing jump in the weight this morning. But it's still lower than most of the month so far. I'm guessing that the weight jump today was because of how much seltzer that I drank last night as I was really quite thirsty.  Breakfast was a pork steak and eggs. It wasn't a very big steak, why I chose to have it for breakfast instead of dinner. It was a strangely shaped steak so parts of it was burning while some other parts were nearly still raw. It still worked. I do have to say that the eggs cooked in beef drippings is considerably better than in the pork, but still not bad.  I wasn't very productive at work today. A ...

Which was Wednesday last week. And if I'm understanding the Labels that I'm putting on this post the 53 inch (134.6 cm) waistline might be the lowest measurement of that.  Sleep wasn't that great last night. I'm going to guess that has to do with the fact that I had a pot of coffee in the afternoon and over the evening I had a pitcher of unsweetened tea. I usually have the coffee in the morning with breakfast, but I was running around too much to have ...

Waist: 53 inches Weight: 322.4 lbs BMI: 40.2 Breakfast: Pot of Coffee, 2x Hamburger Patties, shredded cheese Lunch: Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole Dinner: 8 Pack of Hot Dogs Notes: I haven't been doing my keto diet recently. No real reason why other than laziness. But I have been doing really good on it so far this month. Of course it's only a few days into the month so far so we'll see how long I can do keto and how often I will update this blog. I want this to be a daily thing. But it is surprisingly difficult to keep this log. I didn't exactly stick to my plan for dinner. I picked up a pack of hot dogs. I do have some food in my fridge that I could have had, but I just didn't feel like having the food I had. Which is a habit that I need to break. Not sure if these cheep hot dogs count for keto, but they have to be better than the mac and cheese or hamburger helper that I would have normally bought.

Weight: 329.8 Waist: 53 in Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.
