Thank you to all who served. Quick post because I spent the day at Mom's house doing laundry. I don't know what happened to the entire evening as I got home around 8 (I think) I did inventory of the food in the freezer and then cooked the Cabbage Soup that I'm planning for dinner and I was shocked to see that it was 11:30. well, I did have to run to the store at around 9pm to grab a bag of cauliflower rice that I had forgotten when I did the shopping this morning while Roommate was at his doctor's appointment. It really shouldn't have taken two and a half hours to cook that soup. It's not a complicated soup.  As I was at Mom's house when I would have normally had lunch I didn't have lunch. 1,000% certain...

Weight: 342 lbs (155.1 kg) BMI: 43.9 Waist: 57. in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% OMAD: Nachos Drinks: Couple cups of coffee with cream, 8 cans Diet Mt Dew, 8 Cans Diet Dr Pepper Weeks Without Beer 2 (15 Days)      Spent the first part of the day getting a Weekly Weigh In video done. Had a hard time getting the thoughts together. It was really quite distracting that the weight was up so much today. It shouldn't be a surprise that I weighed more today than I did last week as I overate on Mac and cheese and chicken breast last night for dinner. It is a frustration that once again I was up a rather large amount in the day I weighed in and it put me over the previous weigh in just a little bit. Today I was up 4.8 pounds for the day, but only 1.6 pounds for the week. Last time this happened I was up 5.8 pounds in one day and it put me up 2.2 pounds for that week. Seriously, why does this only happen on Sunday's when I'm doing the Weekly Weigh In?      I got the oth...

Weight: 339.6lbs (154 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: X Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar Sausages with mustard Dinner: X Drinks: ~1000ml water, 2x Kroger Energy Shots, Sugar Free Red Bull, and Orange Powerade Zero      I need to get myself out of bed earlier. I wake up around 8 every morning and I just lay around waiting until I have to get ready for work. I know I have things that I want to do, need to do, but I'm just laying there, waiting until I have to go to work. I don't feel depressed (well I'm not all that excited to go back to work) I just feel so comfortable laying there.      Didn't take the time for breakfast again today. But it didn't effect me much today. Perhaps it was because of how busy it was for the first couple of hours of work. Today started out just as busy as it was yesterday, but it eventually faded off.
