Resetting back to a couple of days ago. So back to making progress for the month. Feet really hurt this morning. They stopped hurting as I got up and moving around. As I was leaving for work (dressed, so I know it wasn't a dream) I noticed that the windows were down a bit. I hurriedly thought if it had rained last night. I don't think that it did. I'm sure that I had just left them down a bit because of the great weather we've been having the last couple of days. On the way to work I am starting to wonder if the sensor on the traffic light is working or not. I need to build the habit, but the wind is blowing pretty crazy. If I'm skipping going to the Y whenever it's blowing in KANSAS I'm never going to go. I stepped on the scale and I was the exact same weight as yesterday. So I was going to go as I have noticed that when I step on the scale before and after going to the gym, if there is any change at all, the weight is always lower. But then I checked the radar and if I would have gone to the Y it would have been snowing on my way home. I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I felt like I was on peg legs until I got them loosened up. Weight is up again. A bit nervous about the way that it's been tracking up this week. It's down for the year and it's still below the average of the year. The watch says that Fat is down and Muscle is up, but water is also up. And I've been going to the bathroom a lot again today. Roommate had a nurse visit this morning. Pretty sure that this is his last home healthcare visit. He seems to be a bit nervous about that fact. I had just ate a pretty good sized Pork Steak. That's all I had, but I was satisfied after dinner. But a couple of hours later my stomach was kind of rumbly Today started off AMAZINGLY I woke up and today was down 4.8 lbs (2.1 kg) waist is down 2in (5 cm) and the Rent and Grocery Checks came through on the same day that the Pay Check came in. I'm always holding my breath for the week or two it takes for the Rent Check to come through. So it is always a massive relief when it comes in. The challenge for today is not to spend any money. I posted at 11pm and then went to strait to bed. I was going to read for a while, but laid right down. The sleep tracker says that I didn't sleep until 2:15am, and I believe it. I'm not sure why it was so hard to fall asleep. I didn't have very many energy drinks yesterday. I tried to avoid energy drinks today to see if I would sleep better tonight. I did have a monster at lunch, but that's not as many as I'd normally have. And I thought I'd try the Gatorade, Powerade is cheaper so I had one of those later in the day.
