I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. When I woke up properly he had called me on the phone to have me bring him some bananas and trash bags, I'll admit when I saw that he was calling me I was kind of worried that he was about to say that he needed to go to the hospital. But no he just has a stomach bug. I wondered what he could have eaten to get sick as I did cook dinner last night. But then I remembered that he had ordered some Taco Bell for his lunch yesterday. Working 9:45am to 7pm. So the morning routine was kind of rushed. I only had time to scarf the bacon and eggs and most of one cup of coffee. The funny thing is that the reason that I was supposed to work early was because the Customer Service Management were all supposed to go to a meeting about how they're going to change up all of the lottery stuff. What are they going to do with the lottery? Well that's what they're going to talk about in the meeting. But they rescheduled the meeting and who knows when the meeting is going to be. Roommate is getting anxious because Wednesday is supposed to get up to 95 degrees (35 C) He sent a text to Landlord to ask about the timeline of the AC getting switched out. Landlord said that he'd call HVAC people to see if they could get an ETA. Apparently the last he heard they were still getting the equipment to do the job. Landlord didn't text back until later in the evening. He's going to be here Wednesday to take out the old units and Thursday to put the new ones in. It would have been nice to get the new AC before it started getting hot, but at least we know that there's a timeline of it getting fixed. I was dead tired ...

And yes I'm laughing that they released a remaster of a game that I just downloaded a couple of weeks ago. I need to build the habit, but the wind is blowing pretty crazy. If I'm skipping going to the Y whenever it's blowing in KANSAS I'm never going to go. I stepped on the scale and I was the exact same weight as yesterday. So I was going to go as I have noticed that when I step on the scale before and after going to the gym, if there is any change at all, the weight is always lower. But then I checked the radar and if I would have gone to the Y it would have been snowing on my way home. I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'm always holding my breath for the week or two it takes for the Rent Check to come through. So it is always a massive relief when it comes in. The challenge for today is not to spend any money. I'm not sure why it was so hard to fall asleep. I didn't have very many energy drinks yesterday. I tried to avoid energy drinks today to see if I would sleep better tonight.
