Waist is still stagnant though. When I woke up this morning I was excited to pay off the car insurance. That paid up the car insurance for the next six months. And paid the phone bill for the month. So with paying the storage fee yesterday the bills for July are now caught up. It was particularly satisfying paying off the car insurance as it is extremely rare to pay off the car insurance all in one go. It's usually when the Tax Return comes in I pay off the last of the insurance (forgot the term) for that term and then when the bill comes due again I usually find myself having to pay the monthly stipend. It is cheaper to pay...

Keto Month 1 (Day 31)
Sober Month 4 (Day 125)

A full month of Keto. The goal was to do a full month of Keto and then talk to the doctor about how I'm doing. Now just to build the courage to actually talk to them about doing that. Not that I'm afraid that they'll say anything scary. It's just outside of the of the normal thing that I do.

The game studio Bethesda released a remaster of their game Oblivion. And yes I'm laughing that they released a remaster of a game that I just downloaded a couple of weeks ago. I haven't looked up the comparison of my computer vs what it would take to run the remaster, but I'm going to guess that isn't going to happen. But Roommate downloaded it on his X-Box with Game Pass (Not sponsored) and wow, that thing looks AMAZING. The dynamic lighting makes a lot of difference in the game.

Roommate suggested grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to have a play through of the game. But he had fallen asleep a couple hours into playing. It isn't a boring game, but you almost have to OD on caffeine to fight off that ambient fantasy music. He eventually switched back to Call of Duty.

He did mention that he has deiced that he wants to go back to Over the Road trucking. I'm not going to argue with him on going back over the road. I mean I'm pretty flexible to work around any schedule that he ended up doing with a local job, but it would be easier to do things that I want to do if he did go back over the road. The way he talks it really doesn't seem like he wants to live here anymore. He's really not of fan of "Smallville" here.

I spent the day adding a column to the Yearly Projection weight loss spreadsheet. That took a lot longer than I expected. It wasn't hard. It was just time consuming to modify the formula for each of the cells of the spreadsheet. The new column is tracking and projecting the average weight for the year. Once I have all of the column modified all I'll have to do is plug in my weight each day into the spreadsheet and it'll update the average for the year. But that took a while to put that into the spreadsheet.
