Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon. Weight: 345.8 lbs ( 156.8 kg) BMI: 44.4 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Seltzer, Propel Kiwi Strawberry, Propel Berry Keto Week 1 (Day 13) Sober Month 1 (Day 52) This week might not look like it, but my sinuses are telling me that spring is on its way. Today is up 2.4lbs (1 kg) but I'm pretty sure that is mostly snot in my head. I'm also a bit frustrated that the waist is up also. But fluctuations happen. I didn't have coffee again today as just as I was finishing the bacon and eggs Roommate came downstairs and announced that his nurse was on the way. I helped him wrangle his dog into his room but then I had to go to work. And good gravy everybody else came into the store also. I am so glad that nobody complained to me about it being busy. Didn't have time to make coffee. I am curious as to if there are any other chemicals in Coffee that make you feel good. Sure there is caffeine, but it's not like Coffee is just caffeine and water. That might go onto the Research “To Do List” I was fine when I got to work, but when I got to work I grabbed a can of Sugar Free Monster and I had one at lunch. Weight: 345 lbs ( 156.5 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57.5 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: AI Cheesy Sausage Spinach Bake Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Propel Berry, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 1 (Day 8) Sober Month 1 (Day 47) I was a Rotisserie Chicken again until about 4am. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today. Since I didn't wake up very well before work I only had a single cup of salted coffee. I was able to have the regular Bacon and Eggs. I worked a 3/5 split today as well so my lunch was at 4pm instead of the usual 3pm. As t...
