I was kind of afraid of eating too much or drinking any coffee because of the effect that the food would have on the scale, or the caffeine in the coffee on the blood pressure. These factors are why I'd prefer to have appointments and meetings in the morning if I could. Not that I have had a whole lot of doctors appointments, but even when I work later in the afternoon, I spend the entire day counting down how much time I have until I have to go into work or that meeting. Particularly along the sides of the feet. Not sure if that was because I'm back to work from PTO last week, because my weight is trending back upwards, or because of the Mac and Cheese that I had last night. Calves were also really stiff and sore.      Work was another challenging day. I have no idea why it was so stomping busy all day long. People were loading up their carts and having orders in the hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I convinced myself that I was just cooking breakfast out of habit. And when I started writing this out I started getting hungry, but I'm pretty sure that's just because I'm thinking about food. I call this effect “Mouth Hungry” a quick google search shows that “Mouth Hungry” is a term used by other people and has different meanings for what I've used it for. But it is important to remember that physical hunger is different from emotional and/or mental for taste of hunger.      Strange weather today. I did think about recording that video when I went home for lunch. But someone made me angry on the way home and if I made a video right after that the entire video would be about that idiot. But didn't get moving in time to get it uploaded before work I was going to get it posted during by lunch break. But I did a bit of shopping during my lunch break and I set up the slow cooker with a chuck roast for dinner. There was an amazing digital coupon on the chuck roasts. Digital coupons have a limit of five of them, so naturally I picked up five of them. There's a digital coupon on ribs as well, I'm debating whether or not to pick up more ribs. I still have a couple of racks left from the last time there was a digital coupon on them. They're in the freezer, so they're not going to go bad anytime soon, but I'm not sure if I want to keep filling the freezer with the same foods over and over. Bu

The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. However the weigh in video that I had produced yesterday showed a loss from February      Having my car looked at tomorrow. The oil change is due, and it is making strange noises. It kind of sounds like it has a sore throat or something. It's not showing any indicator lights, but I thought that it would be a good idea to get it checked out before any lights came on. Last week I had set up an appointment on the garages website, but they didn't get that appointment so I had to reschedule for tomorrow.      Today is the 30 th anniversary of the Andover tornado. I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving. Not that I felt bad, it's just that it was nice to lay in bed and scroll though the phone. I've heard that a lot of people don't keep their phones near their beds.
