Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon. I was conscious at 7am. But there is a big difference between awake and conscious. I didn't get up and around until closer to 9am. And by the time I got up, showered, and had breakfast there just wasn't enough time to go over there for a reasonable workout. I poked a bit at the 3d Printing software on my computer. It still isn't sending the file to the printer to so I can print off. A warning about the firewall did come up, but it went away before I could figure out much about it. Maybe that is the issue. Sober Week 1 (Day 11) YMCA: X Another night when I had a hard time falling asleep. Not feeling stressed or anxious or anything. Just brain wasn't tired. The rest of me was dragging. But brain was doing back flips and jumping jacks Maybe why I had a weird dream. I don't usually have dreams, but when I do they're weird AF. I never have nightmares. I never wake up scared, I just wake up confused. In the dream I was stuck at a bar on the other side of town before dawn without a ride. In the bar there was one of those old soda machines where you put in money and open the door to get your coke. I just couldn't keep my eyes open sitting at the computer. But going to bed I was doing an impression of a rotisserie chicken. I don't think that it was “Keto Insomnia” as yesterday was only the first day back into the diet. I think it might be because of the temperature change. It is strange to go from highs in the mid-90's to highs in the 70's without a pretty good storm in between. And the weather has been eerily calm the last couple of days. So today I am kind of going to do a “Two meal a day” plan. This is more or less what I normally do. I don't normally take the time to have breakfast each day.      Was almost late to work today. I recorded a weekly weigh in video before work, but didn't have time to upload it before I had to leave. And that's when the panic came. I couldn't find my wallet! I was tearing the house apart looking for my wallet.
