And it's nice that both the scale and waistline is measuring down. Typically lately when the scale is down the waist is up. Happiness is not a number on the scale/tape measure, but it is nice to have progress again. Not quite progress as I'm still up 1.8 lbs for the month, but down 12.9 lbs for the year. I didn't get around to making the post for Thursday night (Thursnight? hmm) as I did get off of work earlier than I normally would have, but I spent a lot of the evening editing the video that I posted today as I really am wanting to post the Friday Store Stories video on YouTube. Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: “Complete omelet” meal from Applewood truck stop, (omelet, hash browns, pancakes, iced tea) Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts My roommate is a trucker and he was passing through town today so we agreed to meet to catch breakfast and catch up. He discovered an AI chat bot that is helping him write a novel. He's encouraging me to use it to improve my YouTube channel, and I might look into using it to improve my blog. I might look into it, but I'm kind of nervous about having an AI to take over my videos or blogs. I chose the complete omelet because it seemed to be the thing that had the least carbs in it. Of course that meal comes with hash browns and pancakes. I know that I could have asked them to hold off on those, but I didn't have the guts to ask. It probably seems silly, but I didn't want to be a complicated customer. And of course there wasn't anyone sho...
