Weight: 321.8 lbs ( 145.9 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 390) Keto Day 6 (9/365 Days 2026 Keto) I noticed that when I woke up this morning my legs weren't stiff and sore like they have been in the past. There have been days in the past when I woke up I would have to wobble around like I was walking on fiery stilts until my legs loosened up. This morning I wasn't exactly dancing around, I was able to get up and get going quite easily and there wasn't any pain. I'm sure that I'll be limping by the end of the evening. It was nice to get up and not have to sit back down with a painful gasp. Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: “Complete omelet” meal from Applewood truck stop, (omelet, hash browns, pancakes, iced tea) Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts My roommate is a trucker and he was passing through town today so we agreed to meet to catch breakfast and catch up. He discovered an AI chat bot that is helping him write a novel. He's encouraging me to use it to improve my YouTube channel, and I might look into using it to improve my blog. I might look into it, but I'm kind of nervous about having an AI to take over my videos or blogs. I chose the complete omelet because it seemed to be the thing that had the least carbs in it. Of course that meal comes with hash browns and pancakes. I know that I could have asked them to hold off on those, but I didn't have the guts to ask. It probably seems silly, but I didn't want to be a complicated customer. And of course there wasn't anyone sho...
