Weight: 324.1 lbs ( 147 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Enchilada Soup   Dinner: Grilled Bone In Rib-eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 379) Keto Day 2 The store was too busy to take many notes during the day and I spent, probably, too much time this evening getting the weigh in spreadsheets ready for the new year. Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them). He came up with the idea of whenever he gets hungry, instead of eating he'll have a piece of candy instead of eating real food. Kind of like how when people try to quit smoking they suck...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: “Complete omelet” meal from Applewood truck stop, (omelet, hash browns, pancakes, iced tea) Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts My roommate is a trucker and he was passing through town today so we agreed to meet to catch breakfast and catch up. He discovered an AI chat bot that is helping him write a novel. He's encouraging me to use it to improve my YouTube channel, and I might look into using it to improve my blog. I might look into it, but I'm kind of nervous about having an AI to take over my videos or blogs. I chose the complete omelet because it seemed to be the thing that had the least carbs in it. Of course that meal comes with hash browns and pancakes. I know that I could have asked them to hold off on those, but I didn't have the guts to ask. It probably seems silly, but I didn't want to be a complicated customer. And of course there wasn't anyone sho...
