Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Weight: 348.2 lbs ( 157.9 kg) BMI: 44.7 Waist: 59 in (149.9 cm) WtHr: 79.7% Breakfast: Strip Steak and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Broccoli Soup Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Cup of Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Celsius Energy Mango Lemonade Keto Day 2 Sober Month 1 (Day 57) It is a bit disturbing that in the two days that I didn't stick to the diet I was up 3.6 lbs (1.6 kg) sure there are daily fluctuations, and when I was doing good on the diet there were ups and downs, but not the ups that I've had this week. Kind of reminds me of the idea that the only way that a diet will work is if you treat it more than just a “diet” it should be a “lifestyle” It is interesting that over the last couple of days the “Body Composition Scan” on my watch has marked a notable increase in “Body Water” I'm not sure how much to trust this scan as it is just a watch scanning my wrist and the two fingers on the other hand. I think that it supposedly sends a pulse through my torso ...

That was probably because of the kid next door. I swear that kid sounds like he's wearing combat boots and running laps around the adjoining wall between our apartments. I get that kids have a lot of energy and it's cold as ass outside so they're not going to be playing outside. But it's a constant, “thump, thump, thump, thump” from one end of the room and then, “thump, thump, thump, thump” to the other side of the room. And then up and down the stairs. Just all day, every day. They've been driving Roommate crazy because t...

Today was the first day back to work from last weeks PTO and I was wanting to wake up early enough to get the Weekly Weigh In done before work. And I was frustrated all of last week as I woke up after 10am almost every day last week. I know that PTO is supposed to be time off to sit down, but it was frustrating that it was almost noon by the time I got up and going to do anything. But today I was up at the first alarm and up and going by the third. I was in an amazing mood... until I stood on the scale for the weigh in. ...
