Weight: 335.2 lbs ( 152 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Broccoli Soup Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 3 (Day 22) Sober Month 3 (Day 116) YMCA: No Good drop in weight. Resetting back to a couple of days ago. So back to making progress for the month. Feet really hurt this morning. They stopped hurting as I got up and moving around. As I was leaving for work (dressed, so I know it wasn't a dream) I noticed that the windows were down a bit. I hurriedly thought if it had rained last night. I don't think that it did. I'm sure that I had just left them down a bit because of the great weather we've been having the last couple of days. On the way to work I am starting to wonder if the sensor on the traffic light is working or not. I was sitting at the light for quite a while and it only turned green when a car came from the other way. ...

I got the stuff for a Tuna Casserole, a Keto Clam Chowder, some steaks, Fish Oil, some Cod, and some chicken. I added up the things I bought as I was shopping, but again the total was more than I added up as I was shopping. I'm trying to keep the weekly grocery bill to around $150, but again today I over spent. As I was shopping it added up to $143, but the total was $164. Not much over, but is that going to happen every week? I printed off the hand plates for the Master Chief cosplay. But the phone says that I didn't fall asleep until after 2am. It also says that I didn't get any “deep sleep” I do feel a lot better today than I did yesterday. But today his appointment wasn't until 11am and by then I was already dressed and had breakfast and I was too busy coming up with other excuses for not going. It is always nice when you wake up and have to poop. Always satisfying to poop before weighing in. It is a bit odd because I usually have to poo AFTER I weigh in. Of course after I have breakfast and a pot of coffee. So reweighing in would be pointless. And now that the post has started off on that brown note, I have to say that the waist is kind of down as well. It's closer to 56.75 inches (144.1 cm), but I round to the closest half inch (1.27 cm). No real excuse outside of just being lazy. Which is a running problem for me. But I have been walking to work recently. I think that might have contributed to the FOUR FREAKING POUNDS I lost over the last week or so. I am excited that I am once again down for the year on weight and for the first time this year being down on waist. Feet still hurt, but I think that's more because my shoes are starting to get worn out than because of my weight. Although the walking to work might be adding to that a bit as well.
