Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Sober Month 4 (Day 147)
Keto Day 3

AC guy showed up right before I had to go to work. Thankfully Roommate will be home if there are any issues. I was starting to get worried because it was 10 o'clock and he still hadn't called. I only saw that he was here because I saw his van pull up to the back of the house. We were, more or less, ready for him. We just had to drag the dog up to Roommates room. I think I recognize the technician I'm pretty sure he introduced himself to me as someone who did some work on my Grandma's house. Kind of nervous to ask him about it. He removed the heater from the basement and the AC unit from outside. And my guess of him, “being done by lunch” was kind of correct because he was gone by the time I came home for lunch. That is the plan as I know of, he took the old equipment out today and is going to come back tomorrow in install the new stuff. I am hoping that he'll be done tomorrow by the time I'm home for lunch tomorrow. I'm wanting to crank the AC tomorrow.

I want to see my breath when I walk in when I get home tomorrow. I do have to say that I am glad that with the AC being off for the last couple of days means that my electricity bill will be a bit lower.

I didn't have a much of an opportunity to take many notes today. It was quite busy at work and a lot of people seemed to be rather cranky. I'm going to guess that it was the weather. It was really quite hot today.

Not sure if it's the heat over the day, or maybe it's some version of Keto Flu. But brain has been kind of flat lined today. I feel like I should be running on a lot higher level, however all day long I was just standing around in a half comatose state.

Lunch was a serving of pizza soup. And I am glad that I have that portioned out into servings as I could probably have an entire pot of that soup. It could have used a bit more cheese, but I'd say that for any recipe. It did make me REALLY want some pizza. I kind of want to make a Pizza Casserole.

I did manage to avoid buying any energy drinks today, but as it was really hot today I did pick up a bottle of Powerade (not sponsored) and my feet did start to ache a bit after I drank that. It was three hours into the first half of the day so I'm not sure if it was the drink, or because I'm about double my weight and walking around all of the time. I do have to wonder if it's the flavoring in the water. I did have a Sparkling ICE (not sponsored) and the foot pain flared up a bit more. I'm going to try to avoid any flavored drinks tomorrow and see if that helps. 

Since there wasn't AC in the condo I didn't want to do the usual baking for dinner. So I decided to grill some hamburger patties and had some salad to go with them.
