Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Just couldn't get up and moving. It was 2 in the afternoon by the time I started doing anything. I had a stifling headache all day. I made some Taco Casseroles for the weekly lunch plan. The recipe says that it makes Six Servings. But I think that those are six servings with a salad and a veggie side. I went ahead and made two batches with two servings per dish that I put into the fridge so it would last me all week. I just didn't want to go to bed. I was feeling kind of frustrated with the feeling of go to bed, wake up, go to work, go to bed, wake up, go to work, feeling of a loop. And the chili from last night was messing with my stomach and it was kind of cranky for most of the day. Coffee tasted a bit odd this morning. Kind of sour bitter. I'm not sure what's going on there. This container of coffee that I bought recently was the little baggie of coffee and not the can that I usually buy and I had left it open sitting next to the coffee pot so maybe it's going bad? But it faded as I had to get ready for work. At least I had time to make breakfast. I could feel the good mood deflate as I drove to work. After I clocked in I stopped in the restroom real quick, and the belt buckle snapped off. So that put me into a great mood. The jeans that I was wearing fit enough that they weren't immediately dropping off, but I had to keep adjusting them the entire first half of the day. Resetting back to a couple of days ago. So back to making progress for the month. Feet really hurt this morning. They stopped hurting as I got up and moving around. As I was leaving for work (dressed, so I know it wasn't a dream) I noticed that the windows were down a bit. I hurriedly thought if it had rained last night. I don't think that it did. I'm sure that I had just left them down a bit because of the great weather we've been having the last couple of days. On the way to work I am starting to wonder if the sensor on the traffic light is working or not. And when I sat up it felt like my head was wobbling, I'm guessing it's allergies. I love spring, but spring does have an effect on my sinuses.  I was excited when I checked my bank account this morning because Roommate's half of the rent that he pays me through PayPal had came through. It is fun that the Rent Check will come in later next week and I'll still have money in my savings accounts.   Weight and Waist are both up to a frustrating level. I get that there are daily fluctuations but being up 4.2 lbs up for the day wipes out the progress for the month. Same with the waist being up 1.5 inches. I'm still down 5.7 lbs and 1 inch for...

Kind of reminds me of the idea that the only way that a diet will work is if you treat it more than just a “diet” it should be a “lifestyle” It is interesting that over the last couple of days the “Body Composition Scan” on my watch has marked a notable increase in “Body Water” I'm not sure how much to trust this scan as it is just a watch scanning my wrist and the two fingers on the other hand. Roommate did offer me a Cayman Jack Margarita, and I did accept. But I wont consider it breaking the streak. Because it's not like I'm drunk after one small can. Now if I were to go buy a case tomorrow and drink that, and then the next day, and then the next day. Yeah that's when I'm back in trouble. He tried to give me some advice on drinking, insisting that if I just moderate the drinking it won't be a problem. But he doesn't seem to understand I CAN NOT moderate.
