Weight: 319.1 lbs ( 144.7 kg) BMI: 41.0 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Keto Goulash   Dinner: Hormel Pork Loin Ginger Garlic Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 428) Keto Day 4 (42/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good streak on the scale over the last couple of days. It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. When I play the video on my phone it plays the video, but doesn't want to play on my computer. And I had a hard time getting...

Much Better Than Yesterday 8-30-2022

Weight: 355.6 lbs (161.3 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79% Breakfast: 2x frozen breakfast burritos, sugar free Rockstar Energy Lunch: Pepperoni mozzarella rolls, Sugar Free Rockstar Energy Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: a glass or two of Big K Citrus Drop Zero Sugar mood: better      This morning was rough as hell. It was a continuation of yesterday's allergy issues. And all day long I had a voice like I smoke three packs a day. This is on top of a voice that no one can hear on a normal day. But when I got to work I put on a mask and that massively helped with my symptoms. I didn't bother with a mask yesterday and I felt like re-fried dog poo. So that proves, to me at least, that a face mask helps with my allergy symptoms. Someone saw that I was wearing a mask and asked me if I was sick. I told him that the mask helps with my allergies. He just sneered at me, “That's just all in your head.” Yeah, genius where do you think my sinuses are?   ...
