Weight: 307.8 lbs ( 139.6 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 51.5 in ( 130.8 cm) WtHr: 69.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Spicy Peanuts Lunch: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 487) Keto Month 1 (Day 50) (94/365 Days 2026 Keto) Slept better last night...once I fell asleep. A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Was surprised to see that all of the eggs were double yolked. Going to buy a lottery ticket. Trying to think of things to do before I go to work. But really couldn'...

Much Better Than Yesterday 8-30-2022

Weight: 355.6 lbs (161.3 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79% Breakfast: 2x frozen breakfast burritos, sugar free Rockstar Energy Lunch: Pepperoni mozzarella rolls, Sugar Free Rockstar Energy Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: a glass or two of Big K Citrus Drop Zero Sugar mood: better      This morning was rough as hell. It was a continuation of yesterday's allergy issues. And all day long I had a voice like I smoke three packs a day. This is on top of a voice that no one can hear on a normal day. But when I got to work I put on a mask and that massively helped with my symptoms. I didn't bother with a mask yesterday and I felt like re-fried dog poo. So that proves, to me at least, that a face mask helps with my allergy symptoms. Someone saw that I was wearing a mask and asked me if I was sick. I told him that the mask helps with my allergies. He just sneered at me, “That's just all in your head.” Yeah, genius where do you think my sinuses are?   ...
