I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. But I'm REALLY KIND OF FREAKED OUT that the paycheck hasn't landed in my bank account this morning. The pay stub usually updates on Wednesday around 7pm and I usually check the site as I'm leaving work on Wednesday, but I was off yesterday so I didn't bother checking the site and I was just expecting the deposit at midnight like usually happens. I checked my balances after posting last night...and it wasn't there. I tried to check the website were the pay stubs are posted and it wasn't responding. Thankfully Roommate will be home if there are any issues. I was starting to get worried because it was 10 o'clock and he still hadn't called. I only saw that he was here because I saw his van pull up to the back of the house. We were, more or less, ready for him. We just had to drag the dog up to Roommates room. I think I recognize the technician I'm pretty sure he introduced himself to me as someone who did some work on my Grandma's house. Kind of nervous to ask him about it. I'm not Catholic, but it does seem like the Catholic Church has lost a very good person. Almost forgot to post today. I spent all day playing Minecraft. I didn't “craft” all that much all I did was dig a stair case down to the bedrock. They say that the further down you dig the more stuff you'll find And I was finding more Gold and Diamonds down there than I have found so far while having this play through. The hardest part was when I came across a cave so I had to constantly build rocks up to connect to the stair case that I was digging through the rock. It took a while to dig it all because my home base is at 173, and the Bed Rock is at -60 and I was building a diagonal staircase...

Just slept so well last night I didn't want to get up. Not depressed, just “a body at rest stays at rest” Something else that's been throwing me off this last week is that I keep feeling like it's the next day. (Wednesday felt like Thursday, Friday felt like Saturday etc.) So waking up this morning I had a struggle convincing myself that it was Sunday and I needed to get up and get the video done. Stood on the scale enough to get the weigh in clip. But I'll have to try to get the video done after work. I was going to do it at lunch, but got distracted. My knees and everything down were telling me that I should have said no to the overtime. I agreed to stay until noon, but the customer service manager told me that the customer service was overstaffed so she sent me home "early" and she checked instead.      I'm very more than annoyed that my watch is already broken. Getting up and moving I felt like the way the old videos of astronauts on the moon looked like when they were walking around. My legs felt like they were ten times thicker than they were, and each leg feels like they weigh a ton a piece. And while writing this out I was distracted by the skin on the back of my hands, when I lift up on my fingers there's big chunks of rolling flesh on the back of my hands. But I don't know how much of that is inflammation due to not following my diet, or just dry skin due to the time of year. My hands seem to be really dry and every time I wash my hands it just seems to get worse. And I work at a grocery store so I wash my hands...

And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week...

No headache, jut stiff muscles and limbs. Not sure what that was about, possibly too much water yesterday? It was only a little less than a half gallon and men are supposed to be drinking a gallon per day. But one half of a gallon is a lot more than I usually drink. So might be body getting used to the extra water It might also be Keto Flu. I do know that I woke up several times last night to pee and had to pee all morning. So maybe the weight gain lately is water weight    Put so much thought into the monthly update Vlog that I can't really think of anything to say for the daily blog. So this might be fairly short. Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Couple cups of Coffee with cream, Kroger Energy Shot, Sparkling Water, Some cans of Caffeine free Diet Big K soda    Kind of exciting to get the Sunday MORNING weigh in done in the MORNING. And the weight is trending upwards over the last couple of days. Trying not to worry about the daily fluctuations, but it does seem to be tracking up lately. The weigh in video this morning had the same weight as last weeks weigh in. I have lost 14 lbs (6.3 kg) this month, so the trending up might just be a bit of body recovering from the loss of that much and getting used to the new diet. So yes, it might bounce up a bit more, but I wont get too upset unless it bumps back up over 340 lbs (154.2 kg)      Google says that the size of eggs doesn't matter when you're frying eggs.
