Weight: 301.6 lbs ( 136.8 kg) BMI: 38.7 Waist: 51 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 68.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Peanuts Lunch: Bratwursts, Pork Rinds, Queso Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Celsius, Kroger Energy Shot, 20oz Dt Dr Pepper Sober Year 1 (Day 596) Keto Month 5 (Day 162) (207/365 Days 2026 Keto) I didn't get the post done yesterday. I was in a really heavy, “What am I doing with my life” mood. It was hard to put that into a post without making it so somebody who read it pretty concerned about me. The post as I wrote it kept coming out heavier than what I was feeling. It wasn't a very productive thought, but it was a hard one to shake. Was in a lot better mood today though. Very encouraging number on the scale this morning. Happiness isn't a number on the scale, but it would be fun to beat three "Short Goals" in one year.  Still was a bit slow waking up this morning. I know that Chicken Fried Steak really isn't in the diet plan that I want to be on, but it also sounded so very good. Got a laugh out of my roommate, because I say the same thing every time we go out to eat I get the chicken fried steak. And then every time I get the chicken fried steak I point out that I get it every time we go out. It is a bit unnerving to listen to him talk during the meal.
