It really is kind of funny to be frustrated at a weight that's under 310 lbs (140.6 kg) There is a couple strips of bacon left in the fridge, but Step-Dad had told me about some sausage patties in the fridge that I could check out. Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55.5in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Village Inn Denver omelet, Unsweetened Ice Tea, hash browns, pancakes with syrup Lunch: Chili with cottage cheese Dinner: Baked chicken Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, ~3600ml water      My roommate, who is a trucker, is on home time this week. And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week...
