Weight: 323.8 lbs ( 146.9 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 326) Really didn't sleep very well last night either. Not sure what's going on. I feel dragging tired when going to bed, but when I go to bed I'm wired for sound. I was surprised to see the weight on the scale this morning. I stood on it several times and it gave me the same number four times in a row, so it is probably accurate. At first I was impressed with the 3.2 lb (1.5 kg) drop, but what got me really excited was this was the weight that was the lowest weight of 2024! All of 2025 I've been wanting to get down to the lowest point of last year. Now to see if I'll be able to stick to that low of a weight. The Absolute Idiot messed up the Financial projection again. Weight: 325.6 lbs (147.7 kg) BMI: 41.8 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Chile Relleno Soup Dinner: Baked Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer Original, Couple cups of Coffee Black, 12oz Sugar Free Monster Energy, 2x Powerade Zero Orange, 2x Kroger Energy Shot Sober Day 4 Woke up with a bit of a surprise in my bank account. For some reason I got paid today. I usually get paid on Thursdays It was close to the amount I was budgeting for. (it was a couple bucks more than I budgeted for, but overtime is hard to exactly calculate so I rounded down) I tried to log on to the site where my pay stubs get posted but the pay stubs haven't updated yet. They usually update Wednesday evenings. Also a nice surprise on the scale as well. Can't say if that's the 48 hour fast that I did the last couple of days, Keto diet, or daily fluctuations.
