I was getting discouraged by the ups. Mom is leaving encouraging comments on my Facebook posts, and I've been bad at replying to them. They are appreciated, I'm just not sure of what to say to respond to them.      Went by the tag office this morning and they were able to fix the title for my car. They just stapled an “Affidavit of Correction” to the title. And they did it for free! I was so scared that I'd get the response of, “Yeah, we can fix it, but you'll have to pay the three years of back registrations and get insurance, and late fees, and the fee fees and the other fees.” But no it was just a matter of getting a piece of paper stapled to the old title. The look on the face of the lady at the tag office was kind of funny when I breathed out a, “Oh, thank Christ!” W

Broke the Diet January 6, 2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs (154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Spaghetti Drinks: 1/2 Pot of coffee      I'm seeing that drinking a 2 liter of soda before bed is a bad idea. I still need to drink more water, but I didn't have a headache like last time I couldn't sleep. I was still flopping like a beached fish.       Coffee is burning my tongue. Maybe drinking it too fast. I'm drinking the coffee like I used to drink beer. I finish a cup of coffee, and immediately get up and pour another cup of coffee. When I had beer I would finish a can and then immediately get up and grab another can. I'm not sure if I'm just trading one addiction for another, but I'm betting that coffee is healthier than beer.       Took time to help Grandma take down Christmas decorations. It was quite awkward working on them. I was taking her decorations down while she was at her brothers funeral. One thought was saying that

Withdraw or Dehydration Daily Blog 1-3-2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs (154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56.5 (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and fried eggs Lunch: Queso soup Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: pot of coffee Being down almost four pounds (just under 2 kilos) over a single day is one heck of a way to start the day!      Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. But that might have been the 2L of diet soda I had before bed. I had a headache, it wasn't splitting or overly agonizing. It was just very distracting. As I was flopping around I looked up some of the withdraw symptoms of some of the things I'm trying to quit. And fun fact. Both Alcohol and Carbohydrate withdraw include disrupted sleep and headaches. (A bit unfair that both of the addictions that I wish to fight have so many of the same symptoms) But again I'm not sure if the trouble getting to sleep was various withdraws, or a 2L of soda right before bed. And the headache might have been the withdraws or because of dehydration because the only think
