Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 150.4 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fried Chicken, Kroger Cheesy Curls Dinner: Tuna Helper Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 312) Woke up this morning. It was 8:15, just about the regular time that I usually wake up. Than I realized. Daylight Savings ended over the night. My watch is linked to my phone which automatically updates the time. So even though there was an extra hour this morning because of the time switch I still woke up at the same clock time. Kind of a humored annoyance. I could have done anything I wanted for an extra hour and what did I end up doing? Sleeping. Oh well, woke up well rested. When I did eventually wake up I noticed that the milk in the fridge was curdled even though the expiration date was still a couple of days from now. The butter is still stiff and the store bought eggs are still passing the float test so I still ...

Weight: 361.2 lbs (163.8 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58.5 in (149.6 cm) WtHr: 79.5% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Bar S hot dogs, bag of Cheetos Dinner: baked chicken Drinks: 2 Liters Dr Pepper Cherry zero Sugar, 2x Kroger Sparkling Water, 5 Hour energy shot, 4x 24 oz Milwaukee's Best ICE beer mood: tired      Started of with some bacon and eggs. I still haven't gotten the bacon right, it's always burnt halfway to charcoal or still half raw. Sometimes on the same strip. I'm kind of starting to see the greatness of over easy eggs. But they do seem to be a pain to eat compared to eggs cooked hard. It almost seems necessary to switch back between a fork and a spoon. And I was really clumsy and irritable this morning. The other day I had bumped into a door frame and I now have a heck of a bruise on the back of my left arm. And everything I touch seems to end up on the floor, or seems to knock something else onto the floor.      If I ever get the energy...

Trying to keep going Daily Blog 8-7-2021

Weight: 354 lbs (160.6 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, coffee with cream Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Chef Salad, Sugar free monster energy, small bag of crunchy Cheetos Dinner: Pork steaks, Heinz 57, 12pk Bud light I woke up this morning. It did take me a bit to wake up properly, but that is a bit of the “A body at rest tends to stay at rest” kind of thing. And a bit of the fact that I finished that entire package of corona hard seltzer. But when I did manage to convince myself to get up I got a text from a coworker asking me if I could come in early; she had weekend plans that she hadn't planned for. I'm a bit annoyed by this, but I am pretty close to 40 hours and I'm not exactly in the position to turn down hours (not in an a precarious place so there is no need to worry, it's just that I could be in a slightly better position financially.) And she only wants me to come in a half an hour early. Whatever, a bit annoying, but a...

Food Blog 10/1/18

Weight: 332.3lbs Waist: 54.5 Mood: excited Breakfast: Pot of coffee, ½ box Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper 4oz shredded cheese Lunch: Crunchy Cheetos, Chili, Energy shot, Cherry Sparkling water Dinner: Sir Loin Pork Chops, Cheesy Ramen I always find myself in a great mood at the beginning of each month.  But I do think I can do this daily food blog.  I'm planing on using this to keep me mindful of what I'm eating.  And I know that the Hamburger Helper, Cheetos and Ramen isn't exactly on the diet that I want to be doing.  But I am sure that I can eventually work towards the foods I want to be eating.
