The sleep app says that I didn't get enough sleep. And I did have a hard time falling asleep last night. I didn't have breakfast as I was waiting for Roommate to wake up and go to his appointment like he usually does on Tuesdays but by 10:30 I got tired of waiting for him to wake up so I thought I would go ahead and cook breakfast, but I was out of eggs. I remembered that I was going to buy eggs when he was at his appointment like I usually do as I do the grocery shopping while he's at the doctor. I thought the scale was glitching, but the weight was consistent for several times I stepped on it. Slept in a bit so I wasn't able to do anything before work other than get breakfast done. The sleep tracker says I didn't fall asleep until after 3am which was strange because I even went to bed a little early. But it was 9:30 before I could wake up, and I still felt tired.  I was slow getting up to the front of the store as I had today and tomorrow mixed up and I had thought that I was supervisor all day, and I didn't think anybody was waiting for me to come up. Last week I took advantage of the four for $15 sale on the 12pk soda. And over the last several days my brain just went to mush. I'm thinking of doing a research video on how artificial sweeteners effect the brain and mood. I had thought that the caffeine in the soda was effecting my sleep patterns. But the smartwatch that I wear tracks how much sleep I get and it didn't look like I was getting less sleep compared to the previous week.
