Weight: 302.3 lbs ( 137.1 kg) BMI: 38.8 Waist: 50.5 in ( 128.3 cm) WtHr: 68.2% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Grandma's Chili Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Celsius Energy Sober Year 1 (Day 660) Keto Month 7 (Day 229) (272/365 Days 2026 Keto) Haven't been feeling that great over the last couple of days. When the weather switches dramatically it really sets off my sinuses. And that was a heck of a swap in the weather. It was about 94 (34 C) one day and two days later it was 58 (14 C) and it felt like I got smacked in the face by a 2x4 Really fighting the motivation to not do anything the last several days. Not sure if it was because of the weather change, the fact that I was on vacation and not doing anything, or what. But I just couldn't find the motivation to do anything. Yeah, back to work today as last week was the last week of vacation for the year. I think I have one more single day of PTO, but I'm not sure ...

Weight: 318.8 lbs ( 144.6 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 398) Keto Week 1 (Day 14) (17/365 Days 2026 Keto) Nice to see down on the scale and the waistline. The down on both of those are showing the lowest points of both of those numbers for the year so far. I spent a lot of the day cleaning up the tags on the blog and looking over them it looks like this is the lowest weight I've recorded since I started this format of the blog. I'm thinking about coming up with more “short goals” as most of the goals on my weight are above the current short goal of 310 lbs Roommate was up in his room taking a nap and the dog started whining at the back door.
