Weight: 318.8 lbs ( 144.6 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 398) Keto Week 1 (Day 14) (17/365 Days 2026 Keto) Nice to see down on the scale and the waistline. The down on both of those are showing the lowest points of both of those numbers for the year so far. I spent a lot of the day cleaning up the tags on the blog and looking over them it looks like this is the lowest weight I've recorded since I started this format of the blog. I'm thinking about coming up with more “short goals” as most of the goals on my weight are above the current short goal of 310 lbs Roommate was up in his room taking a nap and the dog started whining at the back door.
