I don't know if it was doing updates or something, but it was starting to make me nervous. I'm making the antivirus do a system scan to make sure there isn't anything just in case. It is a free antivirus so who knows if it'll actually catch anything. Record low again today. Actually beats the record low for 2015 of 304.7 (138.2 kg) the next record is for the record low for 2014 which is 287.0 lbs (130.2 kg) which is the record low of all time. Weight: 318.8 lbs ( 144.6 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 398) Keto Week 1 (Day 14) (17/365 Days 2026 Keto) Nice to see down on the scale and the waistline. The down on both of those are showing the lowest points of both of those numbers for the year so far. I spent a lot of the day cleaning up the tags on the blog and looking over them it looks like this is the lowest weight I've recorded since I started this format of the blog.
