All dreams are strange to me as I rarely have dreams. But in the dream I had decided to be an Over-the-Road trucker. I didn't have any training or an actual job as a driver I just decided to go to a warehouse and pick up a truck. I was driving around for a while before realizing that I had left my phone in my car so I had to go back to where I left my car to get my phone, but I couldn't remember which state I left the car in. A strange thing is that in the dream I ran across Roommate and the meeting was rather jovial. He wanted to hang out, but I had to go find my phone so I ran off on him. It kind of makes me wonde...

Weight: 318.3 lbs ( 144.4 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Paleo Keto Gumbo   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster Sober Year 1 (Day 455) Keto Week 2 (Day 18) (62/365 Days 2026 Keto) As last night was St Patrick's Day Roommate had me take him over to the liquor store so he could pick up a bottle of whiskey. Has he was quite intoxicated he went to bed before I did. I saw his bottle of Jack sitting on the counter top. It did take quite a bit of self control to not snag a drink or two. The voice in the back of the mind saying, “Go ahead. You don't have to tell anybody. Just fill up the bottom half of a small glass. He wouldn't miss a small glass full.” But I knew that if I had some I wouldn't just have some. That's not how I drink. If there is any left, there wouldn't be any left. As he went to bed before I did yesterday he woke up before I did this morning so no vi...

Weight: 318.6 lbs ( 144.5 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 451) Keto Week 1 (Day 14) (58/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight is down. It's a good down. Strange the waistline is up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) overnight.  Over the last couple of days I've been putting a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning coffee. It does make the first couple of sips rather rough. But I've been hearing a lot of good things about Apple Cider Vinegar.   Another day when I just sat around before I had to go to work. At least I worked the 11am to 8pm normal shift. It looks like it's going to suck as the day is split into a 3:5 split so I'll have 3 hours before lunch and 5 hours after lunch. I don't know if it's Daylight Savings messing with me or what, but again I'd be sitting here and then BAM oh, crap I need to go to...

Weight: 318.8 lbs ( 144.6 kg) BMI: 40.9 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 398) Keto Week 1 (Day 14) (17/365 Days 2026 Keto) Nice to see down on the scale and the waistline. The down on both of those are showing the lowest points of both of those numbers for the year so far. I spent a lot of the day cleaning up the tags on the blog and looking over them it looks like this is the lowest weight I've recorded since I started this format of the blog. I'm thinking about coming up with more “short goals” as most of the goals on my weight are above the current short goal of 310 lbs Roommate was up in his room taking a nap and the dog started whining at the back door. I think the dog just wanted to go outside just to sniff at everything. It was freaking cold outside. We've been really lucky this winter and it...
