So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. I was really more woken up by the screen door slamming more than it really being time to wake up. Or at least in matter of mass. And after I ate dinner last night I was really thirsty from eating the salty meat so I was drinking a lot of seltzer water after dinner. So I'm pretty sure that's why the scale is up today compared to yesterday. Still down 12.7 lbs (5.8 kg) from this day last year. Oh well, the AI projection is a lot more flexible than what Quicken is able to do. It was trying to do a lot of programming code and it finally gave me a widget in the code so I could just input my daily spending so it doesn't have to regenerate the entire code every time I spend anything. I'm guessing that it's easier to put energy (heat) into an area than it is to take it out of an area (Air Conditioning) so the heater doesn't have to work as hard as the air conditioner so the heater is not on as much as the AC. Surprise, surprise it was on my desk next to where my coffee cup was from yesterday.  When I got to work the manager told me to cover the hours of a guy who had just gotten rehired. And as it only takes 35 minutes at pressure to cook this chili and I was scheduled to work at 11:30 instead of 11am I figured that it would be fine to get that pot done before work. A major ingredient in most of the energy drinks is known as Taurine. TL;DR They're linking Taurine to Leukemia. Okay, this next part is biased on my understanding and Google searches and suffers from many rewrites to get “right”. The caffeine in the energy drinks doesn't as much give you energy. Brains are weird as it doesn't feel tired until it receives a chemical (adenosine) in a receptor.
