Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. I felt like I was on peg legs until I got them loosened up. Weight is up again. A bit nervous about the way that it's been tracking up this week. It's down for the year and it's still below the average of the year. The watch says that Fat is down and Muscle is up, but water is also up. And I've been going to the bathroom a lot again today. Roommate had a nurse visit this morning. Pretty sure that this is his last home healthcare visit. He seems to be a bit nervous about that fact. I think I have been following the concept of the diet pretty well. The idea behind the Keto diet is eliminating all sugars and carbs in the effort to train your body to burn the fat stores already in your body. Supposedly the idea is that when you eat carbs it is converted to fat stores in your body and I have enough fat stored already. I have been excelling at avoiding carbs for the most part. There was a week when I picked up a couple of boxes of mac and cheese with hot dogs. And I only had a couple of sodas this last month, no where near the amount ...
