I was dreaming that I was too busy watching videos on YouTube to get ready for work. I had started taking a shower, but concluded that I didn't have time to do that so I ran out the door. And I had hurried out the door to drive to work, but I was more than halfway there before I realized that I had left the house naked. I started to turn around, but figured that would just make me more late for work. So I ran into the store, buck ass naked ran up to the self checkout register grabbed all of the money out of it so I could do the audit to run the register, but decided to run home first to get dressed. I felt like I was on peg legs until I got them loosened up. Weight is up again. A bit nervous about the way that it's been tracking up this week. It's down for the year and it's still below the average of the year. The watch says that Fat is down and Muscle is up, but water is also up. And I've been going to the bathroom a lot again today. Roommate had a nurse visit this morning. Pretty sure that this is his last home healthcare visit. He seems to be a bit nervous about that fact. I think I have been following the concept of the diet pretty well. The idea behind the Keto diet is eliminating all sugars and carbs in the effort to train your body to burn the fat stores already in your body. Supposedly the idea is that when you eat carbs it is converted to fat stores in your body and I have enough fat stored already. I have been excelling at avoiding carbs for the most part.
