Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Weight: 335.8 lbs ( 152.3 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Village Inn Chicken Fried Steak, eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, hash-browns Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sparkling Water Dinner: Hamburger patties, Chips Drinks: 2L Pepsi Wild Cherry Zero      Today was the last day the roommate was in town and I had to pick him up from him dropping off the truck he was renting. He suggested that we go to Village Inn for breakfast. And all of the way from the rental place to the restaurant I was thinking I just need to order off of the Al Le Carte section of the menu. But when we got there I chickened out from ordering anything fancy. And it's been quite some time since I've had a chicken fried steak. The waitress asked me if I wanted pancakes or biscuits and gravy. And it's been a REALLY long time since I've had “Shit on a shingle” And those were really good buttermilk biscuits (still crappy hash-browns) so breakfast was not Keto, ...

Weight: 361.6 lbs ( 164 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.3% Breakfast: Leftover Pork Steak Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: BBQ Roast Drinks: 2 L diet Mt Dew, several cans of Pepsi Zero Wild cherry, attempt at a bouillon tea      I'll admit that I only ate the pork steak breakfast because it was sitting there from last night. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...

  Didn't get a chance to stand on the scale this morning Breakfast: Doritos w/Queso Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Macaroni Salad Drinks: 2x Sparkling waters, 2x Kroger Energy shots, 2L Pepsi Zero Wild Cherry Dinner: Pork steaks      Finished off the Doritos and queso for breakfast this morning I forgot about the “Don't eat unless hungry” part of the plan. I'm not going to beat myself up about it very much. It is something that I do wish I would stick to. But I'm not going to hate myself if I don't stick to it.      Macaroni Salad sounded really good during lunch. A coworker that I've told that I am wanting to do a low-carb diet asked me if macaroni salad is low-carb. I don't think that they were trying to call me out, or be snarky or anything.
