I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. I've been wondering around the map discovering locations. So far I've discovered 50% of the locations, but only cleared 8% of all of them. A challenge with clearing the locations is that the designers of these dungeons seem to be allergic to straight lines and they are all winding confusing caves also clearing out the dungeon gathers loot. And my character can only carry so much at a time. So I'll clear a room, and them run back to town to sell loot, and then go back to the cave. I did have a chuckle when I found a pair of Blue Suede Shoes. When I got back to town to sell them. The shop keeper bought them for 1 gold. I didn't have time to take inventory. So I didn't make a meal plan for the week. Had a late lunch because I was at Mom's house doing laundry. More often than not I would have had lunch at Mom's house while the laundry is going, however I had bacon and eggs right before I went to her house. I had leftover bratwursts for lunch because Roommate didn't eat his half of them last night after I baked the set of them last night. And he didn't want them this afternoon. Dude tripped over one of the wheel stop, parking block, curb stop? Whatever that thing is called. He insists he's fine, but I'm a bit concerned about his complaints about his chest and knee hurting. He's due to go back on the road on Monday (he's an over the road trucker) He'll see how he's doing Sunday evening to if he'll go back on the road.      Today was crazy busy at the store again. But it is the first Friday of the month right before a major holiday. But I did at least get one pan cleaned to have some bacon and eggs. I didn't get the General Update blog done. I just couldn't think of anything to say.      I seriously can't think of anything to say. Today was a very bland day. Nothing really happened. Sure it was kind of busy in the store, but it was the first Monday of the month it's kind of supposed to be. Today's weight is up. A little concerned about that, but weight fluctuates daily that's kind of why everybody is against a daily weigh in.      I think I'll just leave it. Just slept so well last night I didn't want to get up. Not depressed, just “a body at rest stays at rest” Something else that's been throwing me off this last week is that I keep feeling like it's the next day. (Wednesday felt like Thursday, Friday felt like Saturday etc.) So waking up this morning I had a struggle convincing myself that it was Sunday and I needed to get up and get the video done. Calves were stiff and sore. Feet didn't hurt that much, but both of my legs felt like they had mild Charley horses. I'm seeing this as kind of a good thing. Early Ketosis is known for muscle soreness. From my understanding this is caused by a lack of electrolytes. I took some magnesium and potassium supplements and put some extra salt on the eggs and bacon I had for breakfast. Being thirsty is also a sign of Keto, and I was able to finish the entire pot of coffee before I left for work.       Finished the editing and uploaded the Keto Taco Casserole recipe video. It is a quicker recipe than most slow cooker recipes, but it was still a three hour recipe that I started around 9 o'clock. I didn't do any of the editing on it, but I still couldn't just go to bed after recording a video. Sleep would just not happen. So I ended up sleeping a bit too long.      Was able to get breakfast cooked and eaten. Would have had a bit more coffee drank this morning if I would have remembered to put water in the coffee maker when I first turned it on.
