Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Deli Fried Chicken, Pringles Sour Cream Cheddar  Dinner: Chuck Roast with Onion Mushroom Gravy Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 11 (Day 334) Scale is dead this morning. No “Low Battery” no error message, nothing to indicate that it has any issue. I just step on it and it has no reaction. I opened the battery compartment to see if it just needs new batteries and the entire battery compartment is just corroded away. There's a lot of corrosion on both ends of each of the three batteries as well, so I'm not sure if the corrosion came from the batteries or from something wrong with the scale. But either way, the scale is dead and it'll be a week or so until I'll be able to get a new one. They don't cost very much, but I don't want to spend that much of my weekly allowance on a bathroom scale. I typicall...

I did that before I ate breakfast, it's always a bad idea to go to the store hungry. I didn't get much, but I did get the stuff to make Egg Stuff (scrambled eggs with sausage, cheese, and tomatoes). Didn't spend much, but more than I was planning on spending today. My sister hosted a birthday party for my niece celebrating her 10th birthday. She had a couple of cakes at the party, but I was good and didn't have any of the cake. I did grab a couple of the fun sized baggies of chips. Thankfully they are AAA batteries which are pretty cheep, unfortunately I won't be able to afford new batteries for the scale until I do the grocery shopping tomorrow. Something I am concerned about is that there seems to be a strange corrosion all over the batteries that were in the scale. And it seems to have infected the springs in the battery container..hole..I'm not sure the name for the area where the batteries go, but I am kind of surprised to see actual coil springs in modern technology. It's just hard to imagine that I've lost that much in just a few days. Catching up with the weight makes sense with how much I've been peeing. During the last couple of days there was the Amazon, Nile, Mississippi, and my bladder.    Had hard time getting to sleep last night, once I did get to sleep I slept straight through the night but did flop around a bit before passing out.    I baked some ribs. Which was big enough and late enough to consider as lunch and dinner. I finished editing and posted the recipe video for the Southwest Style “Detox” Chicken soup . No real excuse outside of just being lazy. Which is a running problem for me. But I have been walking to work recently. I think that might have contributed to the FOUR FREAKING POUNDS I lost over the last week or so. I am excited that I am once again down for the year on weight and for the first time this year being down on waist. Feet still hurt, but I think that's more because my shoes are starting to get worn out than because of my weight. Although the walking to work might be adding to that a bit as well. I was a bit nervous this morning standing on the scale because I did break the Keto diet last night, eating a rack of ribs with mac and cheese and a 1.25 L of Pepsi...
