I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. And all during the first half of the day at work I was just dead tired. There were some seriously busy moments, but there wa...

Weight: 336.2 lbs ( 152.5 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79.1% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cordon Bleu Soup Dinner: Flounder, American Blend Bagged Salad, Ranch Dressing Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 21) Sober Month 2 (Day 82) YMCA: No Had kind of a freaky moment last night. As I was going to bed I noticed a “sleep” mode on my watch. It made the watch face turn off, which I appreciated as it does randomly turn on which is distracting when I'm trying to fall asleep. But what was strange is that phone turned black and white. Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep last night. A memory of a frustrating customer popped into my mind and I was thinking of all of the things that I said to him, could have said to him, should have said to him, and the stuff I'm glad I didn't say to him. But the idea of him kept railing me up. I was tired, but I couldn't sleep because of the angry ideas go...

It was like I just ran a marathon, but only in my calves. As I got up and moving they loosened up. I noticed that I haven't had salted coffee over the last week or so. So maybe the lack of salt is making my muscles sore? Maybe the cause of the headache over the last day or two? I made sure to put salt in the coffee this morning and I took my supplements (Fish Oil, Magnesium, Potassium, K2+D3, Vitamin D3) The rent check finally came through today. I have to say I was dancing on sunshine when I...

American Blend Salad, Bacon Ranch Dressing, Broccoli Lunch: BLT Salad with homemade ranch dressing Dinner: grilled Sirloin Steak, topped with shredded cheese and bacon ranch dressing American Blend Salad Bud light Notes: I did make a meal plan for the week, but now we'll see if I can stick to it. It was my day off, and lately on my day off for the week I go over to Mom's to do laundry. She invited me to have lunch with her and we had a BLT Salad that was AMAZING. I'm not going to list my calories for today because I'm not sure she tracks calories for her recipes (and it seemed rude to ask) but her BLT Salad was American Blend Salad, mixed with some chopped bacon, diced cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper, green onions, and perhaps other items. And this was topped with her homemade Ranch dressing. And I have to say, tha...
