Weight: 320.5 lbs ( 145.4 kg) BMI: 41.1 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 394) Keto Week 1 (Day 10) (13/365 Days 2026 Keto) Was woken up in the middle of the night to Roommate screaming in the bathroom. An up today, but ups and downs happen. And it is in the kind of pattern of two or three downs and then an up. Again not sure if that's really a pattern or if just random noise that my brain is seeing as a pattern. It is up from yesterday, but still down for the year so most of the projections are showing it go down. I was going to set up the slow cooker with a roast but as I was about to do that Roommate came downstairs complaining about how his stomach hurts. So I didn't feel like it was very polite to set up a slow cooker to smell all day while he had a stomach ache. I'm trying to think about what happened to...

I am so ready for spring, it's not even funny. They are talking about more snow this weekend. It did warm up a little later in the afternoon, but that wind was going bananas all day long. I slept with the latex gloves on. The hands still look rough, but at least the skin doesn't hurt. The sleep tracker app is saying that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45, which is a bit of a surprise as I didn't think that I had a hard time falling asleep. I did manage to get a weight in video recorded Lunch: 4 piece Baked Chicken some left over diet Pepsi Dinner: Spaghetti (I know it's not Keto, I'm just cleaning out my cabinet, I'm going to get a meal plan together tomorrow morning) 1.25 L diet Pepsi I love when the first of the month is a Sunday. It makes for a good excuse to get back into what you want to be doing. It just kind of makes since to have the first day of the month, the first day of the week, and the first day back on the diet. Got a weigh in video doe and uploaded. It would be nice to get in the habit of getting videos done. I love the feeling of uploading and getting videos done. I feel that I should be saying more, but I can't think of anything to say. And far too many people talk without having much to say. And I am tired, so I'm going to go to bed. ...
