Annoyed that the numbers are above the start of the year so all of the projections are showing up. At least the weight is still under the average for the year so far. The apartment complexes around here all have metal roofs (odd spelling on the word roofs, you'd think that it'd be “rooves”) so as it's starting to get above freezing outside and the snow starts melting on top of the roof the snow slides off in a kind of avalanche. I forgot to save before I went to bed last night. I had left the computer on because I was still watching some videos, but it was getting late. This morning after I dropped Roommate off at his doctor I was updating the spreadsheets, and then the computer froze. And for some reason just decided to reboot itself for no reason. So I kinda lost what I wrote, at least on the writing program that I use. I could copy and paste from the site back into the writing program, but I wrote a lot more on the blog post than what would fit into the single page that I write these out into. Weight: 340.6 lbs (154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Burger King Eggnormous Burrito Meal Lunch: Stroganoff Casserole Dinner: Strip Steak Drinks: Couple cans of Kroger Seltzer Watermelon, Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Rockstar, 900 ml water Sober Day 2 All morning I keep opening up tabs and closing them again. I really do want to avoid Social Media, but that's going to be a hard habit to break. Trucker Roommate was able to collect on some rather large boxes of Kit-Kat candy bars. Not exactly something I could have on my diet, but I decided that my sister's kids would like some candy. Not the most Ketogenic breakfast, but was on the way home from sister's house and didn't have time to cook properly. I did take my vitamins this morning, but didn't get a chance to get in any coffee and did feel that for the first half of work. Really felt worthless all day at work. Weight: 340.6 lbs ( 154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water    Not worried about being back over 340 lbs (154.2 kg) I'd say that 0.8 pounds (.36 kg) is close enough for daily weight fluctuations. Especially since some sites say that daily fluctuations can range up to 5 to 10 pounds (2.3- 4.5 kg) in a single day.     Now I'm REALLY annoyed with Avast. My bank account was charged again, even though I had canceled all of my subscriptions to them. I'm not sure of someone had snagged my debit card number or if there's subscriptions that aren't showing up on my Avast account. There doesn't seem to have any way to contact Avast on their site so I went to the bank to dispute the charge. Lady at the bank said that the charge was still pending so we can't dispute it yet. She said that it might just fall off on its own. I doubt that it will...

Daily Food Blog 8/9/18

Weight: 340.6 lbs Mood: Tired Breakfast: Salad Bar (Mixed greens, chicken breast pieces, shredded cheddar, Ranch Dressing,) Lunch: Egg Stuff (½ dozen eggs, 1lbs pork sausage, 8oz shredded cheddar, small can Rotel) Dinner: Garden Salad with 4oz canned salmon, shredded cheese, ranch dressing Note: Slept better last night than I have in a while and was able to wake up and get to work. But the tiredness that I have been dealing with lately is more of a mental tiredness. I just can't seem to get the “get up and go” to get anything done. Again I didn't get a meal planned for lunch at work and my lunch was scheduled before the deli was open so I hit up the salad bar. I am not crazy about eating off of the salad bar when tracking my food. The salad bar is really good, so it's not about flavor, the problem is that it is a serious pain in the butt to log all of the things that I put on my salad when compared with just logging a single recipe or food...
