I was dreaming that I was too busy watching videos on YouTube to get ready for work. I had started taking a shower, but concluded that I didn't have time to do that so I ran out the door. And I had hurried out the door to drive to work, but I was more than halfway there before I realized that I had left the house naked. I started to turn around, but figured that would just make me more late for work. So I ran into the store, buck ass naked ran up to the self checkout register grabbed all of the money out of it so I could do the audit to run the register, but decided to run home first to get dressed. Still up for the month, but I'm not too worried about that. It's only 1.4 lbs (0.63 kg) from the record for the year and the month is just getting started. It's kind of strange how it's only and already April so far. This year is blazing by and also seemingly stretching on for forever. Was kinda slow getting up this morning. I barely had time to weigh in and cook breakfast before I had to run out of the door for work. Breakfast was strip steak and eggs. But that's going to be the last steak and eggs for a while. I'm guessing it was the water weight from the salty nuts that I had for lunch the other day because I kept having to get up and go pee. At least I woke up for all of the times I had to go. Today was another dark and dreary day. It started off with a nice gentle rain. But it made it cold all day long. I'm not really looking forward to the blazing heat of summer, but it will be nice when it warms up enough to open the windows and turn off the heater. I was going to have them with some eggs this morning. But they were a bit bigger in the pan than I was expecting them to be. So when I cooked them both it really was like eating two whole pork steaks. I was able to eat them all, but I didn't think that I'd be willing to eat eggs with them. It did make it taste a bit strange. It was kind of satisfying when cooking the steak this morning as I was able to get the strip steak to stand up on it's side. Online I've seen people post pictures of their steak standing up and they say that it's good to do that to make the steak cook on all sides. Not that I think it's bad to only cook it on the two sides. But eh, if I can get it to cook all of the way around all of the better right? I'm pretty sure that was the last of the steaks. A little annoyed by the waist being up an inch for the day. As today is the first of the month it kind of throws off the average for the month. I got into a bit of a rant that went on for a bit too long that was distracted by the waist being up. But everything is going down. Body water is going up. Again I'm thinking that fat is breaking down into water weight. I did some rough math and made some goals for the body composition chart according to my phone's app. It looks like the body muscle weight should be about 71.5 lbs (32.4 kg) I'm currently at 103.3 lbs (46.9 kg) But I'm not sure if having too much muscle is a bad thing though. Apparently Verizon had an update that scans the phone to for malware. The problem is that it decided to make notifications that it had started the scan. And then sent another notification that the scan was done. And then a notification that it started the virus scan. And then a notification that the virus scan was complete. I was glad that these scans were happening. And I'm glad that the scans came out clean, but I'm not sure that I liked to have these notifications at 2 O'clock in the freaking morning. There are several carts that have screws sticking out of the side of the wheel that when they roll around they squeak as it goes by the wheel brace. I swear that they just glance at the cart, see that it has four wheels that go around and bring it back up to the front. Oh well, at least it will be a week or two without that “Squeak, squeak, squeak” that drives everybody in the store insane. But as I was coming back up to the front I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking and I caught the stores gas meter right against my left thigh. There's a pretty good sized bruise there now. I'm sure that losing weight is going to be massively beneficial to helping with foot pain. But I can't help but be paranoid about it. Also I'm still peeing like a horse. I'm pretty sure that getting into the ketosis makes people drop a lot of water weight the first week or two of the diet.
