It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. So it kind of looks like I had 8 half pieces of bacon. IDK I think I would prefer 4 full pieces of bacon. Finished the shopping list and went ahead and did the grocery shopping for the week. I went ahead and paid off the remaining four months of the car insurances and re-balanced my budget to hopefully have that budgeted to be paid off all at once in the six month sections. It is cheaper to pay it off all at once. It was just last year right after I had paid off the first six month section my car's oil pressure sensor decided to crap out and I had to pay an extra $455 dollars right after I had paid off the monthly bills and bought a 3D printer. All day long I had a feeling that I needed to get up and run to do that thing. I'm not sure what that thing is, but all day long I've been thinking that there was something that I was going to do or there as something that I was waiting to happen. Yesterday was really warm and calm so yesterday I had told my Grandma that I would come by today to take down her Christmas lights. Annoyed that the numbers are above the start of the year so all of the projections are showing up. At least the weight is still under the average for the year so far. The apartment complexes around here all have metal roofs (odd spelling on the word roofs, you'd think that it'd be “rooves”) so as it's starting to get above freezing outside and the snow starts melting on top of the roof the snow slides off in a kind of avalanche. It took a while to cook because there was a lot of fat in that chunk and it didn't feel like it was cooked properly. And to be honest there was a lot of it that was under-cooked.  I'm not sure if it's a good idea to eat pork steak medium rare, but that's what breakfast was this morning.  Today was a runner. Feet feel considerably better with the new shoes. Left heel is still a little sore when I'm not careful walking around. But at least I'm not limping and screwing up my bac...

I don't remember any dreams last night. But I also don't remember getting up to go to the bathroom, but my watch said I had 22 steps and that would be how many steps I would have had between my room and the bathroom and back. The sleep record said I had a good sleep score, but I didn't fall asleep until 1:25 and I didn't get much deep sleep. Another down on the scale today. I did manage to go to bed at a reasonably decent time last night as I went to bed around midnight. I'm trying to get eight hours of sleep per night. But I just could not fall asleep. I was just tossing and turning until about 4. And then woke up around 8. But I am writing this part around noon. And I still can't seem to get going Today was rough. It was really hard to get past the “autopilot” I worked 2-11 today and I'm glad that most of the time I was a cashier and he hour or two I was a FES I am thankful that it was slow.
