Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. I'm guessing it was the water weight from the salty nuts that I had for lunch the other day because I kept having to get up and go pee. At least I woke up for all of the times I had to go. Today was another dark and dreary day. It started off with a nice gentle rain. But it made it cold all day long. I'm not really looking forward to the blazing heat of summer, but it will be nice when it warms up enough to open the windows and turn off the heater. Roommate woke me up early so I could drive him to his appointment. While he was there I worked on an AI inspired recipe. I had a hard time getting things out of the way and getting started on it so I had to go pick him up from his appointment before I was done cooking. He was agreeable to stay quiet while I finished cooking. It gave me hope that I could go ahead and do my cooking channel while he's home. It'll still be better to do it when he's out, but at least there is an option of getting it done.  He was rather upset because the nurse that usually takes care of him is out on vacation and there weren't any other nurses available so he'll have to come back...

I've been really kind of pissed off the last day or two. I'm not sure what's going on with that. It's not that anybody is doing anything specific, it's just that my “fight or flight” seems to be ramped up. Maybe too many energy drinks? Or maybe it's the smoked sausages. I didn't look at the ingredients, but I'm willing to bet money that they have high fructose corn syrup in them. And I did have Mac and cheese for dinner last night. I know that fluctuations happen, and fluctuations mean weight will go up AND down. And that's kind of the thing with daily weigh ins. And I know that I'm still in the upper 330's so a daily weigh in could get back up above 340 (140.2 kg) still kind of frustrating to be up above what I saw as the previous goal. Current goal is 330 (159.7 kg) Long term goal is 169 lbs <heh nice> (76.7 kg) And I know that it's going to be quite a while before I see that long term goal, but goals are important. The short term goals are going to be ten pounds each. Not quite sure of the timeline of the goals. Shoulders, back, elbows, knees, and especially the ankles are popping and crackling like crazy. There's not any pain in any of my joints, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my joints. This happens when I'm doing good on my Keto diet. Last time I noticed this was back in October of 2020! I had mentioned the effect in a half written blog post that I didn't upload. A recent live stream that Doctor Ken Berry made someone asked him about cracking knees, and he played it off as something that just happens when you get into your 30's; I am 36 years old but I really don't have the popping and cracking nearly as much when I'm not doing my diet.
