Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon. Not sure if anyone cares, or if I should even bother. I tell myself that I'm doing it to get in the habit of counting calories. But I rarely get very driven to keep up on this. I would “like” to do keto. But that does take a bit of doing to get into the habit of eating certain things. And a lot of my problems in general is getting into a habit of doing things. My main problem is the sin of Sloth. I spend way too much time just sitting around waiting for things to get better. I think I have been following the concept of the diet pretty well. The idea behind the Keto diet is eliminating all sugars and carbs in the effort to train your body to burn the fat stores already in your body. Supposedly the idea is that when you eat carbs it is converted to fat stores in your body and I have enough fat stored already. I have been excelling at avoiding carbs for the most part.
